Claims (5)

  1. 정지 화상 신호를 처리하고 정지 화상 신호에 따라 정지 화상을 표시하기 위한 정지 화상 신호 처리 장치에 있어서, 상기 정지 화상 신호 처리 장치가 (ㄱ) 정지 화상 신호를 발생하기 위한 정지 화상 신호원 수단과, (ㄴ)상기 정지 화상 신호를 디지탈 정지 화상 신호로 변화시키기 위한 아날로그-디지탈 변환 회로와, (ㄷ)제1및 제2주 필드 메모리와, (ㄹ)부 필드 메모리와, (ㅁ)정지 화상 신호 처리용 신호 처리 수단과, (ㅂ)정지 화상 표시용 표시 수단과, (ㅅ)상기 제1및 제2주 필드 메모리로부터 선택적으로 판독된 신호를 상기 표시 수단에 공급하기 위한 수단과, (ㅇ) 상기 제1및 제2주 필드 메모리와 부 필드 메모리의 판독 및 기록 작동을 제어하기 위한 메모리 제어수단을 포함하며, 이에의해, 상기 아날로그-디지탈 변환회로로부터의 디지탈 정지 화상 신호는 상기 제1주 필드 메모리에 공급되고, 상기 디지탈 정지 화상 신호는 상기 제1주 필드 메모리에서 판독되고 상기 신호 처리 수단에 의해 디지탈 크기의 1/n만큼 압축되며 제1 및 제2압축 신호로 분리되며, 상기 제1 및 제2압축 신호가 상기 제2주 필드 메모리와 부 필드 메모리에 각각 공급되고 상기 제2주 필드 메모리와 부 필드 메모리의 부분에 각각 기록되며, 상기 제2압축 신호는 상기 부 필드 메모리에서 판독되고 상기 제1주 필드 메모리에 공급되며, 상기 제1 및 제2압축 신호는 상기 제2 및 제1주 필드 메모리에서 판독되어 상기 표시 수단에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정지 화상 신호 처리 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호 처리 수단은 수평 및 수직 방향으로 동일하게 상기 디지탈 정지 화상 신호를 압축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정지 화상 신호 처리 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 신호 처리 수단은 수평 및 수직 방향으로 상기 디지탈 정지 화상 신호의 모든 예정 수효의 화상 소자 데이타를 선택함으로써 상기 제1압축 신호를 발생하고, 상기 제1압축 데이타로 선택된 상기 화상 소자 사이의 화상 소자 데이타를 선택함으로써 상기 제2압축 신호를 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정지 화상 신호 처리 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제1 내지 제n디지탈 정지 화상 신호는 상기 제1주 필드 메모리에 순차 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정지 화상 신호 처리 장치.
  5. 제1 치 제2주 필드 메모리, 부 필드 메모리 및 표시 수단을 구비하는 정지 화상 신호 처리 장치에 의해 정지 화상 신호를 처리하는 방법에 있어서, (ㄱ)제1정지 화상 신호를 디지탈 제1정지 화상 신호로 변환시키는 단계와, (ㄴ) 상기 디지탈 제1정지 화상 신호를 상기 제1주 필드 메모리에 공급하는 단계와, (ㄷ)상기 제1주 필드 메모리로부터 상기 기억된 디지탈 제1정지 화상 신호를 판독하는 단계와, (ㄹ)상기 판독된 디지탈 제1정지 화상 신호를 데이타 크기의 1/n만큼 압축하고 제1 및 제2압축 신호를 발생하는 단계와, (ㅁ)상기 제1및 제2압축 신호를 상기 제2주 필드 메모리와 상기 부 필드 메모리에 공급하는 단계와, (ㅂ)상기 부 필드 메모리로부터 상기 제2압축 신호를 판독하는 단계와, (ㅅ)상기 판독된 제2압축 신호를 상기 제1주 필드 메모리에 공급하는 단계와, (ㅇ)상기 제2 및 제1주 필드 메모리로부터 상기 제1및 제2압축 신호를 판독하는 단계와, (ㅈ)상기 판독된 제1 및 제2압축 신호를 결합하여 상기 결합된 신호를 상기 표시 수단에 공급하는 단계와, (ㅊ)제2 내지 제n정지 화상 신호에 대해 각각 상기 단계(ㄱ) 내지 (ㅊ)을 반복하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정지 화상 신호 처리 방법.
