Claims (4)

  1. 프로그램가능한 메모리셀을 매트릭스형태로 배열하여 이루어진 메모리셀어레이(2)를 갖춘 반도체 메모리장치에 있어서, 상기 메모리셀어레이(2)는 통상의 리드모드로 독출되는 메모리셀(1)과 통상의 리드모드 이외의 모드로 독출되는 메모리셀(9)이 함께 섞여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 메모리장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 통상의 리드모드로 독출되는 메모리셀(1)과 통상의 리드모드 이외의 모드로 독출되는 메모리셀(9)에 대해 겸용하여 사용되는 기록회로(6-2) 및 독출회로(7)를 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 메모리장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 통상의 리드모드 이외의 모드신호를 발생시키는 수단(11)과, 상기 발생수단(11)에 응답하여 통상의 리드모드 이외의 모드로 독출되는 메모리셀(9)을 선택하는 신호를 발생시키는 선택수단(6-1), 상기 독출수단(7)의 출력을 래치시키는 래치수단(8)을 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 메모리장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 발생수단(11)은 전원투입 직후에 상기 모드신호를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 메모리장치.
