Claims (6)

  1. 필수성분으로서 (a) 60 내지 85중량부의 에틸 아크릴레이트/메틸 메타크릴레이트/트리에틸암모니오 에틸 메타크릴레이트 클로라이드(1 : 2: 0.1 몰비)공중합체, (b) 메틸 메타크릴레이트/메타크릴산(1 : 1몰비)공중합체, 및 (c) 메틸 메타크릴레이트/메타크릴산(2 : 1 몰비) 공중합체[여기에서, 공중합체(b) 및 (c)의 총량은 약 15 내지 40중량부 이다], 및 임의성분으로서 (d) 에틸 아크릴레이트/메틸 메타크릴레이트/트리메틸암모니오에틸 메타크릴레이트 클로라이드(1 : 2 : 0.2 몰비)을 상기 공중합체 (a), (b) 및 (c)의 총중량 100중량부당 0 내지 약 30중량부의 양으로 함유하는, 장기작용성 약제용 약제-방출 조절용 조성물.
  2. 제1항의 조성물로 피복된 약제-함유 과립 또는 펠렛을 함유하는 과립형 약학적 제제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 과립 또는 펠릿이, I)약제, 및 ii) 장용기재 및/또는 위액-용해성 기재 및 계면활성제의 혼합물로 피복된 미립자 핵을 함유하는 과립형 약학적 제제.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 과립 또는 펠렛이 니카르디핀 및 이의 염중에서 선택된 약제인 과립형 약학적 제제.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 과립 또는 펠릿이 i) 약제 및 ii) 약학적으로 허용되는 유기산을 함유하는 과립형 약학적 제제.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 과립 또는 펠렛이 암모술라롤 염산염을 함유하는 약학적 제제.
