제1도는 본 발명에 따른 클러치 피동판 실시예의 사시도,
제2도는 제1도의 Ⅰ-Ⅰ선에 따른 본 발명의 클러치 피동판을 제조하는 방법의 실시예에 사용되는 주형의 부분 단면도,
제3 및 4도는 본 발명에 따른 클러치 피동판을 제조하는 방법의 실시예에 사용되는 원통형 돌기부 형태의 주형의 부분 단면도.
Claims (12)
- 섬유와 접착제와 마찰 조절제로 구성되는 클러치 마찰재로부터 성형되는 클러치 대면판과 이 클러치 대면판을 지지하는 지지판과로 구성되며 상기 클러치 대면판의 표면상에 다수의 오목부가 형성되는 클러치 피동판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오목부의 개구 총면적이 오목부의 개구를 제외한 클러치 피동판의 표면적 이하이며, 상기 클러치 대면판에서의 오목부 총용적의 용적율이 오목부가 없는 클러치 대면판 용적의 20% 이하이며, 각 오목부가 클러치 대면판 표면 상에 원주방향으로 일정하게 떨어지도록 분포되는 클러치 피동판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각자 상기 지지판의 표면에서부터 각 오목부의 저부까지 클러치 피동판을 관통하며 오목부 보다 더 작은 개구 면적을 갖는 다수의 공기 흡입공이 제공되는 클러치 피동판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 오목부 개구의 최대폭보다 더 작은폭을 갖는 적어도 1개의 홈이, 그 양단중 적어도 일단이 클러치 피동판의 외내측 주연부들까지 뻗도록, 그리고 각 오목부가 클러치 대면판의 표면에서 상기 홈과 교차하도록 하여 상기 클러치 대면판의 표면상에 형성되는 클러치 피동판.
- 섬유와 접착제와 마찰 조절제로 구성되는 클러치 대면재와 지자판으로 2개의 츠을 만들어 클러치 대면판과 지지판으로 이루어지는 일체를 만들고, 이 적층된 지지판과 클러치 대면판을 열압축 성형으로 성형하는 단계와 클러치 대면판의 표면상에 다수의 오목부를 형성하는 단계로 구성되는 클러치 피동판 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 각 오목부가 2~5㎜ 직경의 원형개구를 가지며, 상기 오목부 개구의 총면적이 오목부 개구를 제외한 클러치 피동판의 표면적 이하이며, 클러치 대면판에서의 오목부 총용적의 용적율이 오목부가 없는 클러치 대면판 용적의 20%이하이며, 상기 각 오목부가 클러치 대면판의 표면상에 원주방향으로 일정하게 떨어지도록 분포되는 클러치 피동판 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 클러치 대면판과 지지판으로 이루어지는 일체의 제조와 오목부의 형성이, 평탄한 저부를 갖는 암주형에 지지판을 놓는 단계와, 섬유와 접착제와 마찰조절제로 구성되는 클러치 대면재를 지지판 위에 놓아 지지판인 하부층과 클러치 대면재인 상부층으로 이루어지는 2개의 층을 형성하는 단계와, 성형된 클러치 대면판의 표면상에 다수의 오목부를 형성하기 위해 표면에 다수의 돌기부를 갖는 압입 주형을 사용하여 적층된 지지판과 클러치 대면재를 열압축성형으로 일체로 성형하는 단계에 의해 실시되는 클러치 피동판 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 압입주형의 돌기부들 각자는 상부가 둥근 원통형 돌기부인 클러치 피동판 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 상부가 둥근 원통형 돌기부는 테이퍼진 돌기부인 클러치 피동판 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 클러치 대면판과 지지판으로 이루어지는 일체의 제조와 오목부의 형성이, 지지판과 클러치 대면판으로 2개의 층을 만들기 전후에 클러치 대면판의 표면이 되는 클러치 대면재 층의 표면상에 다수의 오목부를 형성하기 위해 클러치 대면재를 예비형성하는 단계와, 이 단계 뒤에 상기 2층을 일체로 성형하기 위해 지지판층과 오목부가 제공된 클러치 대면재층으로 이루어지는 2층을 열압축 성형하는 단계에 의해 실시되는 클러치 피동판 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 클러치 대면판과 지지판으로 이루어지는 일체의 제조와 오목부의 형성이, 섬유와 접착제와 마찰조절제로 구성되는 클러치 내면재를 다수의 원통형 돌기부를 갖는 암주헝에 놓는 단계와, 클러치 대면재의 하부면 상에 다수의 오목부를 형성하기 위해 클러치 대면재를 예비 형성하는 단계와. 이 예비 형성된 클러치 대면재의 상부면 상에 지지판을 놓는 단계와, 지지판층과 예비 형성된 클러치 대면재 층을 일체로 성형하기 위해 이들 2층을 평탄한 면을 갖는 압입주형으로 클램핑하여 열압축 성형하는 단계에 의해 실시되는 클러치 피동판 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상하로 관통하여 슬라이딩 가능판 다수의 핀이 제공되는 압입 주형이 사용되며, 클러치대면판과 지지판으로 이루어지는 일체의 제조와 오목부의 형성이 지지판을 암주형에 놓는 단계와, 섬유와 접착제와 마찰조절제로 구성되는 클러치 대면재를 지지판 위에 놓는 단계와, 클러치 대면재의 표면에 다수의 오목부를 형성하기 위해 압입주형의 핀들을 클러치 대면재 안으로 누르는 단계와, 핀들이 클러치 대면재에 눌려진 채로 압입주형을 클램핑함으로써, 지지판과 오목부가 제공된 클러치 대면재를 인체로 성형하기 위해 열압축 성형하는 단계에 의해 실시되는 클러치 피동판 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
