Claims (4)
- 날개의 일부에 앞뒤 연통가능한 구멍을 가진 다공질부재를 사용하고, 상기 날개의 다른 부분에는 중실수지로 이루어진 비다공질부재를 사용하고, 상기 다공질부재와 비다공질부재를 일체성형한 임펠러를 가진 것을 특징으로하는 송풍기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공질부재와 비다공질부재의 베이스재질을 동일재질로 한것을 특징으로 하는 송풍기.
- 다공질부재를 형성하고, 그 다공질부재를 사이에 끼운 가동금형과, 그 가동 금형에 인접하고 또한 중실수지의 비다공질부재를 성형하는 성형금형을 분할해서 형성하고, 상기 가동금형의 상기 다공질부재를 사이에 끼우는 압력을, 상기 중실수지의 비다공질부재의 성형압력 이상으로 하는 것을 특징을 하는 송풍기의 임펠러의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 성형금형을 가동금형의 외주에 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 송풍기의 임펠러의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
