제2도는 동 임펠러의 날개부단면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 있어서의 송풍기의 임펠러의 사시도, 제4도는 동 임펠러의 날개부단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 날개의 일부에 앞뒤 연통가능한 구멍을 가진 다공질부재를 사용하고, 상기 날개의 다른 부분에는 중실수지로 이루어진 비다공질부재를 사용하고, 상기 다공질부재와 비다공질부재를 일체성형한 임펠러를 가진 것을 특징으로하는 송풍기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다공질부재와 비다공질부재의 베이스재질을 동일재질로 한것을 특징으로 하는 송풍기.
  3. 다공질부재를 형성하고, 그 다공질부재를 사이에 끼운 가동금형과, 그 가동 금형에 인접하고 또한 중실수지의 비다공질부재를 성형하는 성형금형을 분할해서 형성하고, 상기 가동금형의 상기 다공질부재를 사이에 끼우는 압력을, 상기 중실수지의 비다공질부재의 성형압력 이상으로 하는 것을 특징을 하는 송풍기의 임펠러의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 성형금형을 가동금형의 외주에 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 송풍기의 임펠러의 제조방법.
