스크로울 압축기의 제작방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 가공 방법을 위하여 분해한 선회 스크로울 부재의 구성 부품으로서, (a)는 랩의 사시도, (b)는 본 발명의 가공 방법에 의한 상부 경판의 사시도, (c)는 본 발명의 가공 방법에 의한 하부경판의 사시도, (d)는 본 발명의 가공 방법에 의한 축받이 보스의 사시도.
제2도는 소성 가공된 돌기부의 단면도.
제3도는 랩과 경판과의 접합도.
제4도는 상하 경판의 접합도.

Claims (10)

  1. 소요돌이 형상의 랩과 경판으로 이루어지는 선회 스크로울과 고정 스크로울 부재를 가진 스크로울 압축기에 있어서, 스크로울 부재의 경판과 소용돌이 형상으로 성형한 랩의 별도로 제작하여 랩의 단면과 경판을 밀착시켜 접촉시킴과 동시에 접촉부를 소용돌이 방향에 비연속으로 접합한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크로울 압축기의 제작방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비연속의 접합부가 경판 표면에 돌출된 복수의 돌기를 가진 스크로울 압축기의 제작방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 비연속의 접합부가 경판 표면에 성형된 복수의 홈 또는 구멍과 그 홈 또는 구멍의 위치에 대응하는 랩의 단면에 돌출하여 설치한 돌기부를 가진 스크로울 압축기의 제작방법.
  4. 스크로울 부재의 경판과 소용돌이 형상으로 성형한 랩을 별도로 제작하는 한편 경판을 비연속의 잡합부를 가진 부재와 급유홈을 가진 부재를 중합 접합하여 형성하고, 그리고 축받이의 보스를 접합한 스크로울 압축기용 선회 스크로울의 제작방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 비연속의 접합부가 경판 표면에 돌출한 복수의 돌기를 가진 스크로울 압축기용 선회 스크로울의 제작벙법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 비연속의 접합부가 경판 표면에 성형한 복수의 홈 또는 구멍과 그 홈 또는 구멍의 위치에 대용하는 랩의 단면에 돌출하여 설치한 돌기부를 가진 스크로울 압축기용 선회 스크로울의 제작방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 중합 접합한 경판을 소성 가공에 의해 성현한 위치 결정용의 돌기와 이에 대응하는 구멍등에 의해 접합되는 스크로울 압축기용 선회 스크로울의 제작방법.
  8. 스크로울 부재의 경판과 소용돌이 형상으로 성형한 랩을 별도로 제작하여 그 경판에 비연속의 접합부를 성형시켜 랩의 단면과 경판을 접합한 후 경판의 외주에 통을 접합하고 그 통의 반경 판촉의 단부에 경판을 타발한 외주부 소재를 칼라로써 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크로울 압축기용 고정 스크로울의 제작방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 비연속의 접합부가 경판 표면에 돌출한 복수의 돌기부를 가진 스크로울 압축기용 선회 스크로울의 제작방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 비연속의 접합부가 경판의 표면에 성형된 복수의 홈 또는 구멍과 그 구멍 또는 구멍의 위치에 대응하는 랩의 단면에 돌출하여 설치된 돌기부를 가진 스크로울 압축기용 고정 스크로울의 제작방법.
