Abstract

본 발명은, 수지의 접합방법 및 접합구조에 관한 것으로서, 접합면의 접합강도를 대폭으로 향상시키고, 또한 리사이클성이 뛰어난 수지의 접합방법 및 접합구조를 제공하는 것을 과제로 한 것이며, 그 해결수단에 있어서, 본 발명에서 제안하는 서로 대향하는 2개의 수지재끼리를 접합하는 방법은 양 수지재(3)(4)의 각 접합면(3A) (4A)에, 수지재(3)(4)의 대향하는 방향으로 대략 평행한 측면(9a)(9b) 및 (10a)(10b)을 각각 형성하고, 각 측면(9a)(9b) 및 (10a, 10b)을 각각 각 측면근처에 이동 가능하게 배치한 적외선히터(11)(12)를 사용해서 가열 용융시킨 후, 양측면끼리 압착해서 접합하는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 적용된 흡기매니폴드의 구성을 표시한 측면도, 제2도는 제1도의 X-X선 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 제1실시예를 표시한 접합구조 및 방법을 표시한 단면도, 제4도는 제1실시예에 있어서의 2개의 수지재의 접합상태를 표시한 단면도, 제5도는 본 발명의 제2실시예를 표시한 접합구조 및 방법을 표시한 단면도, 제6도는 제2실시예에 있어서의 2개의 수지재의 접합상태를 표시한 단면도, 제7도는 본 발명의 제3실시예를 표시한 접합구조 및 방법을 표시한 단면도, 제8도는 제3실시예에 있어서의 2개의 수지개의 접합상태를 표시한 단면도.

Claims (25)

  1. 서로 대향하는 제1수지부재(4)와 제2수재부재(3)를 접합하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 제1수지부재(4)에 제1기준면(4C, 4D, 25B), 상기 제1기준면에 대하여 상기 제2수지부재로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 이간해서 위치하는 제1대향면(10c, 16c, 25A) 및 상기 제1기준면과 제1대향면을 스텝(계단)형상으로 접속하는 제1측면(10a, 10b, 10d, 10e, 16a, 16b, 19, 19a)을 형성하는 스텝 : 상기 제2수지부재(3)에 제2기준면(9c, 9d, 22A), 상기 제2기준면에 대하여 상기 제1수지부재에 근접하는 방향으로 이간해서 위치하는 제2대향면(9e, 22B) 및 상기 제2기준면과 제2대향면을 스텝(계단)형상으로 접속하는 제2측면(9a, 9b, 18, 18a)을 형성하는 스텝, 상기 제1수지부재(4)와 상기 제2수지부재(3)가 접합된 상태에 있어서, 상기 제2기준면(9c, 9d, 22A)은 상기 제1기준면(4C, 4D, 25B)과 당접하고, 상기 제2측면(9a, 9b, 18, 18a)은 상기 제1측면(10a, 10b, 10d, 10e, 16a, 16b, 19, 19a)에 압착되는 스텝 : 상기 제1측면(10a, 10b, 16a, 16b, 19a) 및 상기 제2측면(9a, 9b, 18a)의 적어도 한쪽을 가열하는 스텝 : 상기 적어도 한쪽의 측면이 용융한 상태에서, 상기 제1기준면(4C, 4D, 25B)과 상기 제2기준면(9c, 9b, 22A)을 당접시키는 스텝 : 및 상기 제1측면(10a, 10b,10d, 10e, 16a, 16b, 19a)과 상기 제2측면(9a, 9b, 18a)을 압착하는 스텝을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 수지의 접합방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1기준면(4C, 4D)과 상기 제1측면(10a, 10b, 10d, 10e)이 대략 직각을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지의 접합방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2기준면(9c, 9d)과 상기 제2측면(9a, 9b)이 대략 직각을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지의 접합방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1측면(19)은 제1경사부(19a)를 포함하고 있고, 상기 제1경사부는 사익 제1기준면과 직교하는 방향(A)에 관해서 경사지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지의 접합방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2측면(18)은 제2경사부(18a)를 포함하고 있고, 상기 제2경사부는 상기 제2기준면과 직교하는 방향(A)에 관해서 경사지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지의 접합방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1수지부재(4) 및 상기 제2수지부재)3)의 한쪽은 오목부(10,16,17)를 포함하고, 다른쪽 상기 오목부에 끼워맞춤하는 볼록부(9,24)를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 수지의 접합방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 오목부(10,16)는 상기 제1기준면(4C, 4D)에 형성되고, 상기 제1측면(10a, 10b, 10d, 10e, 16a, 16d)은 상기 오목부의 안쪽면이고 및 상기 블록부(9)는 상기 제2기준면(9c, 9d)으로부터 돌출하고, 상기 제2측면(9a, 9b)은 상기 볼록부의 바깥쪽면인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지의 접합방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 블록부(9)의 바깥쪽면간의 거리(L)의 볼록부 전체길이에 걸쳐서 대략 일정하고, 상기 오목부(10,16)의 개구근처에 있어서의 안쪽면간의 거리(L3,L1a)는 상기 볼록부(9)의 바깥쪽면간의 거리(L)과 대략 동일하게 설정되고, 상기 오목부(10,16)의 바닥면(10c, 16c)근처에 있어서의 안쪽면간의 거리(L1, L1b)는 상기 볼록부의 바깥쪽면간의 거리(L)보다도 작게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지의 접합방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 블록부의 바깥쪽면은, 상기 바깥쪽면간의 거리가 상기 볼록부의 꼭대기면을 향해서 작아지는 테이퍼형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지의 접합방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 오목부(16)의 안쪽면(16a, 16b)은, 상기 안쪽면간이 거리(L1a, L1b)가 상기 오목부의 바닥면(16c)을 향해서 작아지는 테이퍼형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지의 접합방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 오목부(10,16)의 깊이(D,D')는 상기 볼록부(9)의 높이(H)보다도 크게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지의 접합방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 또, 상기 제1기준면(4C, 4D, 25B) 및 상기 제2기준면(9c, 9d, 22A)을 비용융상태로 유지하는 스텝을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 수지의 접합방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 비용융상태로 유지하는 스텝은, 상기 제1기준면(4C, 4D, 25B) 및/ 또는 상기 제2기준면(9D, 9d, 22A)을 차열부재(13, 22, 23)에 의해서 덮는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지의 접합방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1측면 및 상기 제2측면의 적어도 한쪽을 가열하는 스텝은, 적외선히터(11, 12, 20, 21)를 상기 측면에 근접배치해서 상기 측면을 가열용융하는 서브스템 및 상기 적외선히터(11, 12, 20, 21)를 상기 적어도 한쪽의 측면으로부터 이간시키는 서브스텝을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 수지의 접합방법.
  15. 제1기준면(4C, 4D, 25B)과, 상기 제1기준면에 대하여 상기 제1기준면의 한쪽으로 이간해서 위치하는 제1대향면(10c, 16c, 25A) 및 상기 제1기준면과 제1대향면을 스텝(계단)형상으로 접속하는 제1측면(10a, 10b, 10d, 10e, 16a, 19, 19a)을 포함한 제1수지부재(4) 및 상기 제1기준면(4C, 4D, 25B)과 비용착상태에서 당접하는 제2기준면(9c, 9d, 22A)과, 상기 제2기준면에 대하여 상기 제1대향면에 근접하는 방향으로 이간해서 위치하는 제2대향면(9e, 22B) 및 상기 제2기준면과 제2대향면을 스텝(계단)형상으로 접속하는 동시에 상기 제1측면(10a, 10b, 10d, 10e, 16a, 19, 19a)에 용착된 제2측면(9a, 9b, 18, 18a)을 포함한 제2수지부재에 접합된 제2수지부재(3)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 수지부재의 접합구조.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제1기준면(4C, 4D)과 상기 제1측면(10a, 10b, 10d, 10e)이 대략 직각을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지부재의 접합구조.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제2기준면(9c, 9d)과 상기 제2측면(9a, 9d)이 대략 직각을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지부재의 접합구조.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제1측면(19)은 제1경사부(19a)를 포함하고 있고, 상기 제1경사부는 상기 제1준면과 직교하는 방향(A)에 관해서 경사지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지부재의 접합구조.
  19. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제2측면(18)은 제2경사부(18a)를 포함하고 있고, 상기 제2경사부는 상기 제2준면과 직교하는 방향(A)에 관해서 경사지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지부재의 접합구조.
  20. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제1수지부재(4) 및 상기 제2수지부재(3)의 한쪽은 오목부(10, 16, 27)를 포함하고, 다른쪽은 상기 오목부에 끼워맞춤하는 볼록부(9,24)를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 수지부재의 접합구조.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 오목부(10,16)는 상기 제1기준면(4C, 4D)에 형성되고, 상기 제1측면(10a, 10b, 10d, 10e, 16a, 16b)은 상기 오목부의 안쪽면이고 및 상기 볼록부(9)는 상기 제2기준면(9c, 9d)으로부터 돌출하고, 상기 제2측면(9a, 9b)은 상기 볼록부의 바깥쪽면인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지부재의 접합구조.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 볼록부(9)의 바깥쪽면의 거리(L)은 볼록부전체길이에 걸쳐서 대략 일정하고, 상기 오목부(10, 16)의 개구근처에 있어서의 안쪽면간의 거리(L3, L1a)는 상기 블록부(9)의 바깥쪽면간의 거리(L)과 대략 동일하게 설정되고, 상기 오목부(10, 16)의 바닥면(10c, 16c)근처에 있엇의 안쪽면간이 거리(L1, L1b)는 상기 볼록부의 바깥쪽면간의 거리(L)보다도 적게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지부재의 접합구조.
  23. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 볼록부의 바깥쪽면은, 상기 바깥쪽면간의 거리가 상기 볼록부의 꼭대기면을 향해서 작아지는 테이퍼형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지부재의 접합구조.
  24. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 오목부(16)의 안쪽면(16a, 16b)은, 상기 안쪽면간의 거리(L1, L1b)가 상기 오목부의 바닥면(16c)을 향해서 작아지는 테이퍼형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지부재의 접합구조.
  25. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 오목부(10, 16)의 깊이(D, D')는 상기 블록부(9)의 높이(H)보다도 크게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지부재의 접합구조.
