밀폐형(密閉型) 압축기(壓縮機)의 플라스틱 소음기(消音機)의 제조방법

제1도는 전기로 동작되는 밀폐형 압축기의 구조를 표시하는 투시도(透視圖).
제2도는 본 발명의 하나의 실시예에 따르는 제조 방법에 따라 제작된 플라스틱 소음기의투시도.
제3도는 제2도에서 화살표 Ⅲ-Ⅲ선으로 절다하였을 때의 단면도이며, 소음기 부품들이 열풍 융착(熱風融着)에 의하여 서로 결합된 상태를 표시하는 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 다음과 같은 공정에 의하여 조립되는 밀폐형 압축기용의 플라스틱 소음기의 제조 방법.
    ㄱ) 플라스틱 재료로 흡입측 소음기의 주 몸체 부분과, 플라스틱 소음기의 위쪽과 아래쪽의 한조의 소음기 부분을 만드는 공정. 상기의 윗쪽과 아래쪽의 소음기 부분은 그의 외측 가장 자리 부분에 플랜지가 있게 만들며, 그의 두께는 그 이외의 벽의 두께보다 얇게 한다.
    ㄴ) 소음기의 위쪽과 아래쪽 부분의 가장 자리와 플랜지들 사이에 틈새가 형성되게 할때에 소음기의 위쪽과 아래쪽 부분의 안쪽 가장 자리 부분들이 서로 가지런히 밀착되어 결합하도록 소음기의 아래쪽 부분위에다 소음기의 위쪽 부분을 포개 놓는 공정.
    ㄷ) 가압치구를 사용하여 소음기의 위쪽부분의 외측 가장자리 부위와 플랜지를 소음기의 아래쪽 부분의 외측 가장 자리 부위와 플랜지의 방향으로 서로 압착을하고 상하 소음기 부분의 외측 가장자리에 돌출된 바깥쪽 끝부분에 열풍을 씌어서 플랜지와 외측 가장 자리 부분을 녹여서 융착에 의하여 서로 결합을시켜 소음기 부분을 만드는 공정.
    ㄹ) 상기 소음기 부분을 상기 소음기의 주몸체 부분에 다 융착에 의하여 결합시키는 공정.
  2. 상기의 플라스틱 소음기를 제작하는 재료로서 결정성의 수지를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허 청구 범위 1의 플라스틱 소음기의 제조방법.
  3. 상기의 결정성의 수지가 유리 섬유로 보강된 것을 특징으로하는 특허 청구 범위 2의 플라스틱 소음기의 제조방법.
  4. 소음기의 위쪽 부분과 아래쪽 부분을 서로 포개서 결합을 시킬때에 서로 맞붙어서 밀착결합을 하게 되는 상기의 소음기의 안쪽 가장 자리들의 표면이 턱이져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허 청구 범위의 플라스틱 소음기의 제조방법.
  5. 소음기의 위쪽 부분과 아래쪽 부분을 서로 포개서 결합을 시킬때에 서로 맞붙어서 밀착 결합을 하게되는 상기의 소음기의 안쪽 가장 자리들의 표면이 돌출부와 움푹파여진 부분으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로하는 특허 청구 범위 1의 플라스틱 소음기의 제조 방법.
