Abstract

"GUARNIçãO DE ATRITO". A invenção propõe uma guarnição de atrito (10) de forma geral anular plana, destinada a equipar um dispositivo que emprega um atrito em meio líquido tal como, mais especialmente, um disco de embreagem ou de freio, notadamente de caixa de marchas automática ou associado a ela, um anel ou cone de sincronização de caixa de marchas de comando manual, do tipo realizada a partir de um material de atrito formado por uma esteira de fibras impregnada de uma resina termo-rígida que, depois de uma etapa final de cozimento, apresenta uma estrutura porosa de células comunicantes, e do tipo no qual o processo de fabricação da guarnição de atrito inclui uma etapa de moldagem e de cozimento em um molde sob pressão, de tal modo que a guarnição (12, 22) possui zonas de porosidades diferentes e controladas.
