Claims (10)

  1. 자동차의 핸들이나 계기판에 일체로 되기에 적합한 충격보호용 가스 백(gas bag) 장치로서, 접혀지고 팽창할 수 있는 가스백과 이 가스백에 연결된, 고체 연료로 작동되는 가스 발생기와를 가지는 캐리어, 및 탄성 플라스틱으로 제조되고, 상기 가스백의 둘레로 연장하며, 상기 캐리어에 연결되어 있고, 정확히 형성된 정격 파예선들을 가지는 덮개가 있는 덮개수단으로서. 상기 캐리어에 고정되어 상기 정력 파열선들에 의해 형성된 덮개 부분들에 경첩형 이음 부재들로 연결된 환형의 주위 프레임을 포함하는 덮개수단으로 구성돈 충격 보호용 가스 백 장치에 있어서, 상기 덮개수단(1)이 열가소성 탄성중합체로 일체로 사출 성형되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 보호용 가스 백 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정격 파열 선들(5)이 길이 5 내지 30mm이고 벽 두께 0.30 내지 0.75mm인 초기 정격 파열 부분(6)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격보호용 가스 백 장치.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 상기 덮개 수단(1)의 벽 두께가, 상기 초기 정격파열부분(6)에서 부터 상기 덮개 부분들(2,3)과 상기 프레임(4)사이의 경첩형 이음부재(9,10) 부근에 위치된 끝부분까지 상기 정격파열 선들(5)을 따라서 계속하여 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 보호용 가스백 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 덮개 수단(1)의 벽 두께가, 상기 덮개 부분들(2,3)의 자유 모서리들(7,8) 부근의 0.90 내지 1.20mm로부터 상기 덮개수단의 상기 덮개부분들과 상기 프레임(4) 사이의 경첩형 이음부재(9,10) 부근의 1.3 내지 2.3mm 까지 상기 정격 파열선들(5)을 따라서 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 보호용 가스 백 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 상기 덮개 부분들(2,3)의 벽 두께가 2.5 내지 6.0mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 보호용 가스 백 장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 상기 덮개 부분들(2,3)이, 이 덮개 부분들을 상기 프레임(4)에 연결하는 상기 경첩형 이음부재(9,10) 부근에서 적어도 4,500N의 인렬저항(tear resistance)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 보호용 가스 백 장치.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 상기 덮개 수단(1)의 프레임(4)이 벽두께 3 내지 6mm이고 적어도 1,500N의 인렬저항을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격보호용 가스 백 장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 상기 덮개 수단과 같은 재료로 제조된 사출 성형된 장착 돌출부들(11)이 상기 덮개 수단(1)의 상기 프레임(4)의 하연부에 일체로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 보호용 가스 백 장치.
  9. 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 장착돌출판들이 상기 덮개수단(1)의 사출 성형된 상기 프레임(4) 안으로 끼워 진 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 보호용 가스 백 장치.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항에 있어서, 55쇼어 A 내지 75쇼어 D의 경도와, 5·5MPa 이상의 극한 응력과, 파열 부분에서 100%이상의 연신율, 및 -40 내지 +85℃의 내열성을 가지는 열 가소성 탄성 중합체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 보호용 가스 백 장치.
