Abstract

자동차의 필러에 있어서, 필러 외판의 내측에 첨설된 스티프너는 상측 스티프너 부재와 하측 스티프너 부재로 분리된다. 상기 상측 스티프너 부재의 하단부와 상기 하측 스티프너 부재의 상단부는 중첩되어 용접되며, 도어 힌지는 상기 중첩부에 취부되어 있다. 상기 도어 힌지 취부용 너트는 상기 중첩부에서 내측에 위치한 스티프너 부재에 용접되어 있다. 상기 필러에 의하면, 필러의 강성이 균등하게 되며 도어 힌지 취부부의 강성이 패치 등을 채용치 않고도 확보된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 필러 외판의 내측에 첨설된 필러를 보강하는 스티프너를 상하로 분할하고, 상기 상하 스티프너를 일부중첩시켜 용접하고, 상기 중첩부를 두어 도어 힌지의 취부 위치로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 필러.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중첩부의 내측에 있는 스티프너에 도어 힌지 취부용 너트를 용접한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 필러.
  3. 상기 중첩부를 상측의 도어 힌지의 취부 위치로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 자동차의 필러스티프너.
