Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 사이드 미러가 장착되는 전방도어부분에서의 전방도어 내측패널과 도어 힌지필러간의 용접구조의 강성을 중대시키기 위한 전방도어 강성구조에 관한 것으로서, 상기 전방 도어 내측패널(30) 및 도어 힌지 필러(20)의 용접부상에 위치하여 사이드 미러를 장착하기 위한 사이드 미러 장착브래킷(10)에 형성된 강성 보강부(13)의 보강 플랜지(15)를 상기 도어 힌지필러(20)의 제2수평부(25)에 상기 브래킷(10)의 본체(11)의 플랜지(12)를 상기 도어 힌지필러(20)의 제1수평부(21)에 용접하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 자동차의 사이드 미러가 장착되는 전방도어부분에서의 전방도어 내측패널과 도어 힌지필러간의 용접구조의 강성을 중대시키기 위한 전방도어 강성구조에 관한 것으로서, 상기 전방 도어 내측패널(30) 및 도어 힌지필러(20)의 용접부상에 위치하여 사이드 미러를 장착하기 위한 사이드 미러 장착브래킷(10)에 형성된 강성 보강부(13)의 보강 플랜지(15)를 상기 도어 힌지필러(20)의 제2수평부(25)에 상기 브래킷(10)의 본체(11)의 플랜지(12)를 상기 도어 힌지필러(20)의 제1수평부(21)에 용접하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 전방 도어 강성구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사이드 미러 장착브래킷의 수직부(14)와 상기 도어 힌지필러(20)의 수직부(23)는 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 전방도어 강성구조.
  3. 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 사이드 미러 장착브래킷의 수직부(14)에 너트(16)가 용착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 전방도어 강성구조.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 사이드 미러 장착브래킷(10)의 수직부(14)와 상기 도어 힌지필러(20)의 수직부(213)는 너트(16) 및 볼트에 의해 상호 직접접촉되어 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 전방도어 강성구조.
