Abstract

케이스내에 있어서의 에어백의 움직임을 방지하고, 이상음의 발생을 방지한다.
케이스(12)내에 에어백(14)이 절첩되어서 삽입되어있고, 인플레이터(16)에 의해 전개가능하게 되어있다.
케이스(12)를 덮는 모듈커버(18A)에는 에어백(14)을 누르기위한 돌조(42)(44)(46)(48)가 설치되어 있다.
이들 돌조는, 개열선(24)(26)(28)과 교차하는 방향로 연재하고 있다.
모듈커버의 주연부에는 리브(50)가 돌설되어있다.
돌조가 에어백을 누루는 것에 의해 케이스내에 있어서의 에어백의 움직임이 방지되고 이상음 발생이 방지된다.

제 1 도는 본 발명의 실시예 장치에 사용되는 모듈커버를 배면에서 본 사시도, 제 2 도는 제 1 도의 II-II선에 따르는 단면도, 제 3 도는 제 1 도의 III-III선에 따르는 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 접어 개어진 에어백(14)을 수용한 케이스(12)에 모듈커버(18A)를 부착한 조수석용 에어백장치(10)에 있어서, 그 모듈커버(18A)의 배면에, 접어 개어진 전기한 에어백(14)을 압압하기 위한 돌조 (42)(44)(46)(48)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 조수석용 에어백장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기한 모듈커버(18A)에, 그 모듈커버(18A)를 개열하기 위한 개열선(24)(26)(28)이 설치되어 있고, 그 개열선과 교차하는 방향으로 전기한 돌조(42)(44)(46)(48)가 연설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조수석용 에어백장치.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 모듈커버(18A)의 배면의 주위부분에 리브(50)를 설치한 것을 특징으로하는 조수석용에어백장치.
