Abstract

모듈커버가 신속하게 개방작동 하도로 한다.
케이스(12)내에 에어백(14)dl 접어개어져서 수납되어있고, 모듈커버(18)가 그 케이스(12)를 덮고 있다.
이 모듈커버(18)의 이면에 돌설된 부착편(24), (26)이 리벳 또는 비스(28)에 의하여 케이스(12)에 부착되어 있다.
부착편(24)은, 에어백(14)이 인플리이터(16)에 의하여 전개되고, 모듈커버(18)를 뒷쪽에서 누를때에, 리벳 또는 비스(28)에서 이탈가능하다.
부착편(26)에는 1개소이상의 굴곡부(32)가 설치되어 있다.
모듈커버(18)가 에어백(14)에 눌려서 개방작동 할때에, 부착편(26)이 극히 쉽게 변형하고, 모듈커버(18)의 개방속도가 빨라진다.
이것에 의하여, 에어백(14)의 전개속도가 커진다.

Claims (1)

  1. 접어개어진 에어백(14)을 수용한 케이스(12)에 모듈커버(18)를 부착한 구조로서, 그 리드의 이면에 부착편(24)(26)이 돌설되고, 그 부착편이 그 케이스(12)에 고착되어 있는 조수석용 에어백장치의 모듈커버 부착구조에 있어서, 그 케이스의 차량앞쪽에 가장자리부분에 설치된 부착편(26)은 1개소이상의 굴곡부(32)를 보유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조수석용 에어백장치의 모듈커버부착구조.
