Abstract

니이백장치를 설치한 차량의 실내에서의 거주성을 높인다.
인스트루먼트패널(10)의 아래쪽에 에어백장치(22)가 설치되며, 에어백을 좌석916)의 전방으로 전개시킬 수 있다.
에어백장치(22)는 가로로 긴 편평형상을 하고 있으며, 스티어링컬럼의 우측으로부터 좌측까지 뻗어있다.
에어백장치(22)의 두께가 작으므로, 좌석(16)의 전방에서의 공간이 넓게 되므로, 거주성이 우수하다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는, 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 차량 운전자의 보호장치를 설치한 차량의 실내의 사시도이다. 제2도는, 제1도에서의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선을 따르는 단면도이다. 제3도는, 에어백의 전개상태를 표시하는 차량 내부의 사시도이다.

  1. 좌석(16)의 전방이며, 또, 좌석(16)의 좌면높이 근처를 포함하는 높이의 영역에서 전개되는 에어백(26)을 사용하는 에어백장치로 구성되는 차량 운전자의 보호장치에 있어서, 상기한 에어백장치는, 스티어링컬럼(18)의 좌측으로부터 우측까지 뻗어있는, 가로로 긴 평평형상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량 운전자의 보호장치.
