Abstract

본 발명은 충격력을 완화할 수 있는 자동차용 운전석 팔걸이대에 관한 것으로, 특히 로드(20)로 운전석의 측면에 연결설치되어 모터(21)(31) 구동에 의해 절첩되는 팔걸이대(30)를 제공하여, 평상시에는 운전석의 시트(10)에 옆에 수평으로 접은 상태가 되게 하여 운전자의 행동을 제약하지 않도록 하고, 오랜 운행으로 인하여 운전자가 피로감을 느끼거나 시내주행시 정체되는 경우에는 모터(21)(31)를 구동시켜 상기 팔걸이대(30)를 상승시킴으로써 운전자가 핸들을 잡은 상태에서도 편안한 자세를 유지하며 팔꿈치를 팔걸이대(30)에 올려 놓을 수 있게 하는 동시에, 팔걸이대(30)에 운전자쪽으로 전개되는 에어백을 내설하여 상기 에어백이 사이드충돌 감지센서(43)의 충돌 감지신호에 의해 작동되면 충격력이 팔걸이대(30)를 운전석에 연결하는 로드(20)에 의하여 1차로 흡수되고, 전개된 에어백에 의해 2차로 흡수될 수 있게 하여 차량의 측면 충돌사고로부터 운전자를 안전하게 보호할 수 있게 한 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 운전석 팔걸이대를 보인 설치상태 사시도,
제3도는 본 발명의 팔걸이대를 보인 제2도의 '가-가'선 단면도,
제4도는 본 발명의 팔걸이대에 에어백을 설치한 다른 실시예의 요부 사시도,
제5도는 본 발명의 팔걸이대에 설치된 에어백이 작동되는 상태를 설명하기 위한 블록도.

Claims (5)

  1. 일측이 시트(10) 후방에 연결설치되어 로드 작동모터(21)의 구동에 의해 회동되는 로드(20)와, 상기 로드(20)의 타측에 축설되어 팔걸이대 작동모터(31)에 의해 회동되는 팔걸이대(30)를 포함하는 측면 충격력을 완화할 수 있는 자동차용 운전석 팔걸이대.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팔걸이대(30)에 충격흡수용 비임(32)을 내설하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 충격력을 완화할 수 있는 자동차용 운전석 팔걸이대.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팔걸이대(30)에 충돌 감지센서(43)의 충돌 감지신호에 의해 운전자측으로 전개되는 에어백을 내설하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 충격력을 완화할 수 있는 자동차용 운전석 팔걸이대.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 운전자측을 향하는 전개부(34)를 상기 팔걸이대(30)의 일측면에 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 충격력을 완화할 수 있는 자동차용 운전석 팔걸이대.
  5. 제3항 및 제4항에 있어서, 상기 에어백이 에어백 모듈(40)과, 상기 에어백 모듈(40)에 연결설치된 압축가스용기(41)와, 상기 압축가스용기(41)에 설치되어 사이드충돌 감지센서(43)의 충돌 감지신호에 의하여 폭발함으로써 압축가스를 에어백 모듈(40)에 공급하는 뇌관(42)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 충격력을 완화할 수 있는 자동차용 운전석 팔걸이대.
