Claims (36)

  1. 오르토 결합 작용기를 갖는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 이작용성 킬란트 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염 :
    상기식에서, Z는 항체 또는 그의 단편에 공유결합 될수 있는 친전자성 또는 친핵성 잔기, 또는 방사성핵종과의 착물형성을 방해하지 않고 항체 또는 그의 단편에 결합될 수 있는 합성 결합기이고 ; X는 수소, C1내지 C3알킬 또는 CR3R4CO2H 이며 ; R1,R2,R3및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 하이드록시, CO2H 또는 C1내지 C3알킬 그룹이고 ; R5는 수소 또는 (CR1CR2)nCR3R4B이며 ; B는 아민 수소중 최소한 하나가 CR3R4CO2H 그룹으로 치환된 선형 또는 분자형 아민, 또는 폴리알킬렌 아민을 나타내고 ; n은 0 또는 1이다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, n이 0인 이작영성 킬란트.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, R4가 CO2H인 이작용성 킬란트.
  4. 제 1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, X가 수소인 이작용성 킬란트.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 4 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1,R2및 R3가 각각 수소인 이작용성 킬란트.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 5 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, Z이 아미노, 이소티오시아네이토, 세미카바자이드, 티오세미카바자이드, 카복실, 브로모아세트아미도 또는 말레이미도인 이작용성 킬란트.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 2-[(2-{[비스(카복시메틸)]아미노}에틸)아미노]-2-(5-아세트아미도-2-하이드록시페닐)에타노산인 이작용성 킬란트.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 2-[(2-{[비스(카복시메틸)]아미노}에틸)(카복시메틸)아미노]-2-[5-아세트아미도-2-(카복시메틸옥시)페닐]에타노산인 이작용성 킬란트.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 2-[(2-{[비스(카복시메틸)]아미노}에틸)(카복시메틸)아미노]-2-(5-아미노-2-(카복시메틸옥시)페닐]에타노산인 이작용성 킬란트.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 2-[(2-{[비스(카복시메틸)]아미노}에틸)(시아노메틸)아미노]-2-(5-아세트아미도-2-하이드록시페닐)에타노산인 이작용성 킬란트.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, 2-[(2-{[비스(카복시메틸)]아미노}에틸)(카복시메틸)아미노]-2-(5-아미노-2-하이드록시페닐)에타노산인 이작용성 킬란트.
  12. 제 1 항에 있어서, 2-[비스(2-{[비스(카복시메틸)]아미노}에틸)아미노]-2-[5-아세트아미도-2-(카복시메틸옥시)페닐]에타노산인 이작용성 킬란트.
  13. 제 1 항에 있어서, 2-[{2-[(2-{[비스(카복시메틸)]아미노}에틸)(카복시메틸)아미노]에틸}(카복시메틸)아미노]-2-[5-아세트아미도-2-(카복시메틸옥시)페닐]에타노산인 이작용성 킬란트.
  14. 제 1 항에 있어서, 2-[(2-[(2-[(2-{[비스(카복시메틸)]아미노}에틸)(카복시메틸)아미노]에틸)(카복시메틸)아미노]에틸)(카복시메틸)아미노]-2-[5-아세트아미도-2-(카복시메틸옥시)페닐]에타노산인 이작용성 킬란트.
  15. 제 1 항에 있어서, 2-[(2-[(2-{[비스(카복시메틸)]아미노}에틸)(카복시메틸)아미노]에틸)-(2-{[비스(카복시메틸)]아미노}에틸)아미노]-2-[5-아세트아미도-2-(카복시메틸옥시)페닐]에타노산인 이작용성 킬란트.
  16. 제 1 항에 있어서, 2, 6-비스{[비스(카복시메틸)]아미노}(카복시)메틸}-4-(아세트아미도)페놀인 이작용성 킬란트.
  17. 제 1 항에 있어서, 2, 6-비스{[2-{[비스(카복시메틸)]아미노}에틸)(카복시메틸)]아미노메틸}-4-(아세트아미도)페놀인 이작용성 킬란트.
  18. 제 1 항에 있어서, 2, 6-비스{[2-{[비스(카복시메틸)]아미노}에틸)(카복시메틸)]아미노메틸}-4-(아미노)페놀인 이작용성 킬란트.
  19. 제 1 항에 있어서, 2, 6-비스{[2-{[비스(카복시메틸)]아미노}에틸)(카복시메틸)]아미노메틸}-4-(이소티오시아네이토)페놀인 이작용성 킬란트.
  20. 제 1 항에 있어서, 2-({[비스(카복시메틸)]아미노}메틸)2-({[비스(카복시메틸)]아미노}에틸)-6-{[({[비스(카복시메틸)]아미노}에틸)(카복시메틸)아미노]메틸}-4-(아세트아미도)페놀인 이작용성 킬란트.
  21. 오르토 결합 작용기를 갖는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 킬란트 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염 :
    상기식에 Z'는 수소, NH2, NO2, NHC(O)CH3또는 N(R')2(여기에서, R'는 수소 또는 C1내지 C3알킬이다)이고 ; X는 수소, C1내지 C3알킬 또는 CR3R4COOH 이며 ; R'1는 수소 또는 COOH이고 ; R'3, R'4및 R'5는 독립적으로 수소 또는 CR3R4COOH이다(단, R'1,R'3,R'4및 R'5중 최소한 하나는 수소이다.)
  22. 제 21 항에 있어서, R'1이 COOH이고, R'3가 수소이며, R'4및 R'5가 CH2COOH인 킬란트.
  23. 제 22 항에 있어서, Z'가 NCH(O)CH3이고, X가 수소인 킬란트.
  24. 오르토 결합 작용기를 갖는 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 킬란트 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염 :
    상기식에서, Z'는 수소, NH2, NO2, NHC(O)CH3또는 N(R')2(여기에서, R'는 수소 또는 C1내지 C3알킬이다)이고 ; X는 수소, C1내지 C3알킬 또는 CR3R4COOH 이며 ; R'1및 R'2는 각각 수소 또는 COOH 이고(단, 최소한 하나는 COOH이다) ; R'3, R'4, R'5및 R'6독립적으로 수소 또는 CR3R4COOH이다(단, 최소한 셋은 CR3R4COOH이다.)
  25. 제 24 항에 있어서, R'1및 R'2가 COOH이고, R'3,R'4, R'5및 R'6가 CH2COOH인 킬란트.
  26. 제 25 항에 있어서, Z'가 NHC(O)CH3이고 X가 수소인 킬란트.
  27. La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Y 또는 Sc 중에서 선택된 금속 이온과 착물을 이룬, 제 1 항 내지 26 항중 어느 한 항에서 청구한 킬란트, 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염을 포함하는 착물.
  28. 제 27 항에 있어서, 금속이온이153Sm,166Ho,90Y,149Pm,159Gd,140La,177Lu,175Yb,47Sc 또는142Pr인 작물.
