Claims (36)
- 오르토 결합 작용기를 갖는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 이작용성 킬란트 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염 :상기식에서, Z는 항체 또는 그의 단편에 공유결합 될수 있는 친전자성 또는 친핵성 잔기, 또는 방사성핵종과의 착물형성을 방해하지 않고 항체 또는 그의 단편에 결합될 수 있는 합성 결합기이고 ; X는 수소, C1내지 C3알킬 또는 CR3R4CO2H 이며 ; R1,R2,R3및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 하이드록시, CO2H 또는 C1내지 C3알킬 그룹이고 ; R5는 수소 또는 (CR1CR2)nCR3R4B이며 ; B는 아민 수소중 최소한 하나가 CR3R4CO2H 그룹으로 치환된 선형 또는 분자형 아민, 또는 폴리알킬렌 아민을 나타내고 ; n은 0 또는 1이다.
