제3도는 본 발명에 따르는 진공 적층의 바람직한 실시양태의 도시이다.
제4도는 횡단면 및 분할하여 나타낸 본 발명에 따르는 적층물의 도면이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 에폭시 수지와 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무로 구성된 절연층과 그위에 적층된 구리호일로 구성된 인쇄배선판에 사용하기 위한 복합 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 절연층이 경화되지 않은 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 절연층과 구리 호일 사이에 삽입된 경화된 수지층이 포함된 필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 경화시 구리 호일과 마주하는 한면의 절연층 상에 배치된 결합층이 포함되는 필름.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 경화되지 않은 절연층이 적층시 최대온도에서 103내지 105포이즈의 점도를 갖는 필름.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 수지성 층이 에폭시수지와 아클리로니트릴-부타디엔 고무의 혼합물, 에폭시수시, 아크릴 수지 또는 폴리이미드 수지로 형성되는 필름.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 대 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무의 중량비가 30:70 내지 90:10인 필름.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 결합층이 적층시 최대온도에서 103내지 105포이즈의 점도를 갖는 필름.
  9. 에폭시 수지와 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무로 구성된 절연층과 그위에 적층된 구리호일로 구성된 복합 필름을 기판상에 진공 적층시키고나서 결과 적층물을 열로 경화시키는 것으로 구성된 인쇄 배선판의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 절연층과 구리호일이 기판상의 다른한 쪽에서 따로 진공-적층되는 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 경화가 진공 또는 대기압에서 수행되는 방법.
  12. 기판과, 에폭시 수지 및 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무로 구성된 절연층 및 그 위에 적층된 구리호일로 구성된 기판위에 완전히 배치된 복합 필름으로 구성된 인쇄 배선판.
