- 도관의 횡단주연부 크기의 절반보다 작은 크기의 횡단주연부 크기를 갖는 용접구역을 각각 포함하는 내부에 열 용접된 이미터 유니트들을 갖는 드립용수 도관의 제조방법에 있어서, 제 1 외경 및 제 1 선형 속도로 압출 크로스헤드로부터 용수도관을 연속적으로 압출하는 단계, 제 1 외경보다 작은 제 2외경이 되도록 인발되도록 및 제 1 선형 속도보다 큰 제 2 선형 속도를 갖도록 압출도관을 중간대역을 통해 캘리브레이터 유니트내로 통과시키는 단계, 압출도관과 동축인 지지구역 상부로 상기 이미터를 지지하고 압출 크로스헤드 내의 상기 지지구역의 제 1 단부로부터 캘리브레이터 유니트내의 상기 지지구역의 반대단부까지 연장시키는 단계, 상기 제 2선형 속도와 대체로 동일한 이미터 유니트 선형속도를 얻도록 상기 지지 이미터 유니트들을 연속적으로 가속하는 단계, 상기 이미터 유니트의 선형속도로 각각의 지지이미터 유니트를 상기 도관이 대체로 상기 제 2선형 속도를 얻게 되도록 상기 압출도관과 함께 위치시키는 단계, 상기 이미터 유니트가 대체로 상기 반대 단부에서 도관에 열 용접될때까지 상기 이미터 유니트의 선형 속도로 압출도관과 접촉되도록 위치시키는 단계, 압출도관 및 내부로 용접된 이미터 유니트들을 냉각시키는 단계, 도관내의 열 용접 이미터 유니트들의 위치를 연속적으로 결정하는 단계, 및 이미터 유니트들에 대해 각각의 드립 출구들을 형성하도록 도관을 천공하는 단계들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 1 항에 따른 방법에 따라 드립용수 도관을 제조하는 압출장치에 있어서, 축방향 구멍을 갖는 압출 크로스헤드, 중간 구역에 의해 상기 크로스헤드로부터 격설된 캘리브레이터 유니트, 캘리브레이터 유니트를 통해 도관 선형속도로 압출도관을 발출하기 위해 상기 캘리브레이터 유니트의 하류에 위치된 발출장치, 상기 구멍내에 위치된 제 1 단부 및 상기 캘리브레이터 유니트내에 위치된 제 2반대 단부를 갖는 상기 축방향 구멍과 동축으로 위치되어 있는 이미터 캐리어요소, 이미터 유니트들을 상기 제어요소에 연속적으로 공급하는 이미터 공급장치, 및 압출도관이 대체로 상기 도관 선형속도를 얻었을때 상기 이미터 유니트속도로 상기 이미터 유니트들을 압출도관과 접촉되도록 상기 캐리어 요소를 따라 위치시키기 위해서, 및 이미터 유니트들이 대체로 상기 캐리어 요소의 상기 반대단부에서 도관에 열 용접될때까지 상기 이미터 유니트들을 상기 캐리어 요소를 따라 위치시키기 위해서, 상기 도관 선형속도와 대체로 동일한 이미터 유니트속도를 얻도록 상기 이미터 유니트들을 상기 캐리어요소를 따라 연속적으로 가속시키는 이미터 변위 장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 변위장치가, 상기 캐리어 요소와 함께 정렬되어 있고 상기 캐리어 요소에 의해 반송되는 이미터와 계합되도록 되어있는 변위가능한 푸셔를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 변위장치가 전자-기계식으로 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출장치.
