Claims (13)
- 빙햄 플래스틱형 재료(20)을 압출하기 위한 방법에 있어서, (a) 종축을 포함하는 종방향 구멍 (60)과 내부에 형성되고 구멍의 길이를 따라 상기 구멍과 연통되게 되는 다이 통로(71)을 갖는 다이 본체(40), 및 다이 본체의 외부와 상기 구멍을 연통시키는 공급 포트(54)를 제공하는 단계 ; (b) 상기 다이 통로와 다이 본체의 외부를 연통시키는 하나 이상의 다이 개구부(72)를 제공하는 단계 ; (c) 공급 포트로 부터 다이 통로로 재료를 반송하고 구멍의 종축을 따라 0의 평균 압력구배를 유지하여 상기 통로를 관통한 재료의 유동을 제공하기 위해 사용되는 오거(100)을, 오거의 회전축이 구멍의 종축에 평행하게 되는 상태로, 상기 구멍 내에서 회전적으로 지지하는 단계 ; (d) 공급 포트를 관통하여 상기 구멍내로 가압하에 재료를 공급하는 단계 ; 및 (e) 오거의 길이를 따라 다이 통로를 관통하여 그리고 다이 개구부를 관통하여 재료를 균일하게 전진시키기 위해 다이 본체에 관하여 오거를 상대적으로 회전시키는 단계 ; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 빙행 플래스틱형 재료를 압출하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (f)내부에 다수의 형상화된 개구부들(36)을 갖는 벨트상으로 재료가 균일하게 압출될 수 있도록 다이 개구부에 근접하여 무한 벨트(32)를 반송시키는 단계 ; (g) 벨트에 대해 재료를 압압하여 재료를 개구부내로 압입시키는 단계 ; (h) 벨트내의 재료를 가열하여 다수의 연마 전구 입자들을 형성하는 단계 ; 및 (i) 벨트로 부터 입자들을 제거하는 단계 ; 를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재료가 졸 젤 세라믹 전구물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 빙햄 플래스틱형 재료(30)을 수납하여 압출시키기 위한 장치에 있어서, (a) 종방향 구멍(60)을 갖는 다이 본체(40), 및 상기 다이 본체의 외부와 상기 구멍을 연통시키는 공급 포트(54) ; (b)상기 공급 포트와 연통되는 빙햄 플래스틱형 재료 공급원(38) ; (c) 상기 다이 본체내에 형성되고 상기 다이 본체의 길이를 따라 상기 구멍과 연통되는 다이 통로(71) ; (d) 상기 다이 통로와 상기 다이 본체의 외부를 연통시키는 하나 이상의 다이 개구부(72) ; 및 (e) 다이 본체에 관한 그 회전에 따라 상기 공급 포트로 부터 상기 다이 통로로 그리고 상기 다이 개구부를 관통하여 재료를 반송시키고 구멍의 종축을 따라 0의 평균 압력구배를 유지하여 상기 통로 및 상기 다이 개구부를 관통한 재료의 균일한 유동을 제공하기 위해 상기 구멍내에서 회전가능하게 지지되는 오거 수단(100)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 빙햄 플래스틱형 재료를 수납하여 압출시키기 위한 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 오거 수단이 제1단부(106)과 제2단부(108)을 갖는 오거, 뿌리부(102) 및 상기 뿌리부에 결합되고 일정한 플라이트 직경을 갖는 플라이트(104)로 구성되고 ; 상기 뿌리부는 상기 오거의 상기 제1단부에서 제1뿌리부 직경을 갖고 상기 오거의 상기 제2단부에서 상기 제1뿌리부 직경보다 큰 제2뿌리부 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 오거가 10° 내지 45°의 나사각을 갖는 플라이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 오거수단이 제1단부(106)과 제2단부(108)을 갖는 오거, 뿌리부(102) 및 상기 뿌리부에 결합되고 일정한 플라이트 직경을 갖는 나선형 플라이트(104)로 구성되며 ; 상기 뿌리부는 상기 공급포트에 근접하여 제1뿌리부 직경을 갖고 상기 제1단부와 제2단부중의 하나 이상에 근접하여 상기 제1뿌리부 직경보다 큰 제2뿌리부 직경을 갖게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 오거가 10° 내지 45°의 나사각을 갖는 플라이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 구멍이 원통형으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 재료가 믹서 및 압출기의 조합체에 의해 상기 공급원으로부터 상기 공급포트로 이송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 다이 개구부가 두께보다 큰 폭은 갖는 균일한 시이트 부재를 형성하기 위해 사용되게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 빙햄 플래스틱형 재료가 알파 알루미늄 옥사이드 모노하이드레이트와 물로 구성되는 존 젤 세라믹 전구물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, (f)내부에 형성되는 다수의 형상화된 개구부들(36)을 갖고 상기 개구부내에 재료를 수납하기 위해 상기 다이 개구부에 근접하여 지지되는 무한 벨트(32) ; (g) 상기 개구부들내로 재료를 압압하기 위한 수단(80,81) ; 및 (h) 벨트내의 상기 재료를 가열하여 다수의 연마재 전구 입자등을 형성하기 위한 수단(84) ; 를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
