제1도는 일본국 특허 출원 제34859/1988호에 기재되어 있는 압출형 코팅 헤드(extrusion type coating head)의 단면도임,
제2도는 선행 기술에 의한 압출형 코팅 헤드의 단면도임,
제3도는 본 발명에 의한 압출형 코팅 헤드의 단면도임,
제4도는 자기 기록 매체의 제조에 관한 개략도 임.
Claims (5)
- (a) 제1도포 물질의 가압 공급원에 연결된 제1 저장소, (b) 제2 도포 물질의 가압 공급원에 연결된 제2 저장소. (c) 제1 배출 채널, (d) 제2 배출 채널, (e) 제3 배출 채널, (f) 프론트 에지, 및 (g) 백 에지로 이루어지며, 여기에서, 제1 배출 채널은 제1도포 물질이 압출되도록 제1 저장소에 연결되고, 제2 배출 채널은 제2도포 물질이 압출되도록 제2 저장소에 연결되어 있으며, 이 두 배출 채널은 각을 이루면서 만나서 프론트 에지와 백에지 사이에서 제1 및 제2 도포 물질의 두개의 층을 압출하는 제3 배출 채널로 합해지며, 상기 프론트 에지는 곡면이고, 상기 백 에지는 프론트 에지의 말단에서의 접선보다 더 돌출한 압출기를 갖는 것이 특징인, 전자기성(電磁氣性) 물질을 이동하는 유연 지지체상에 도포하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제3 배출 채널의 길이 L이 0<L<100㎜인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제3 배출 채널의 길이 L이 0<L<50㎜인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제3 배출 채널의 길이 L이 0.5<L<30㎜인 장치
- 제1항에 있어서. 제1 배출 채널과 제2 배출 채널이 170° 이하, 5° 이상의 각으로서 합해지는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
