산화티탄의 제법

Claims (15)

  1. 무황의 티탄화합물 A를 하기 중 적어도 하나의 화합물 B의 존재하에서 가수분해시킨 후 형성된 산화티탄을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄의 제조방법. (i) 하기의 기를 갖는 산 하나의 카르복실기와 히드록실기 및/또는 아민기 중 최소한 두개, 최소한 두개의 카르복실기와 히드록실기 및/또는 아민기 중 최소한 하나 (ii) 전기(i)에 인용된 산의 염.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 A가 티탄의 할로겐 화합물, 옥시할로겐화합물 또는 질산염 및 알콕시드티탄 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄의 제법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 A가 하나의 할로겐화 티탄이거나, 하나의 옥시할로겐화 티탄임을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄의 제법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 A가 옥시할로겐화 티탄임을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄의 제법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 A가 옥시클로라이드 티탄임을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄의 제법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 B가 지방족형의 탄화수소화합물의 산 임을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄의 제법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 화합물 B의 주 탄화수소사슬의 탄소수사 15를 초과하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄의 제법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 사슬의 탄소수가 10을 초과하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄의 제법.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 티탄화합물의 몰농도 0.1 내지 1.5몰/리터 사이에서 가수분해됨을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄의 제법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물의 몰 농도 0.002와 0.5몰/리터 사이에서 가수분해됨을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄의 제법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 농도가 0.002와 0.1몰/리터 사이임을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄의 제법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 암모니아 존재하에서 가수분해됨을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄의 제법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 암모니아가몰 1.5를 초과하지 않는 양임을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄의 제법.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기 가수분해가 70℃이상의 온도에서 실행됨을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄의 제법.
  15. 상기 1 내지 14항에 기재된 방법으로 제조된 산화티탄으로부터 제조된 상기 항의 특징을 갖는 졸과 알칼리 토금속류 질산염용액을 혼합하고, 수득된 혼합물을 건조하고, 건조된 혼합물을 하소하고, 마지막으로 경우에 따라 탄화된 생성물을 분쇄함을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 토금속류 티탄산 염의 제법.
