Claims (9)
- (a)구조 SiO2/Al2O3몰비가 2 내지 100이고 아연, 회토류, 수소 및 암모늄중에서 선택된 하나 또는 2개 이상의 양이온류의 혼합물 20당량%이상 및 알칼리 또는 알칼리토금속 양이온 또는 이의 혼합물 80당량%이하를 함유하는 포우저사이트 유형(faujasite type)의 제올라이트 분자체를 함유하는 고정 흡착 베드를 제공하고 ; (b) 상기 기체 호합물을 -50 내지 100℃의 온도 및 0.2 내지 1000psia 압력에서 상기 베드내로 도입시킴으로써 CO2를 상기 제올라이트상에 선택적으로 흡착시킨 다음, CO2에 관해 소모된 기체 생성물을 회수하며 ; (c) 출구 말단으로부터 CO2가 진전하기 전에 상기 기류의 상기 베드로의 도입을 종결시킨 다음 ; (d) 상기 베드에서의 압력을 단계(b)의 흡착 압력 이하로 0.1 내지 500psia 범위내로 감소시켜 흡착 베드로부터 탈착시킴으로서 흡착 베드를 재생시키고 ; (e)단계(a)에서 (d)를 반복시킴을 특징으로 하여, CO2의 선택적 흡착에 의해 비-산성 기체와 이의 혼합물로부터 CO2를 선택적으로 분리하는 순환 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, CO2및 비-산성 기체의 혼합물이 CO2및 CH4를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, CO2및 비-산성 기체의 혼합물이 CO2및 H를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, CO2및 비-산성 기체의 혼합물이 CO2및 N2를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리할 기체 혼합물의 CO2함량이 5몰% 이상이고, 제올라이트 분자체의 구조 SiO2/Al2O3비가 2 내지 20이며, 제올라이트 분자체가 아연, 회토류, 수소 및 암모늄 양이온중 하나 또는 2개 이상의 이의 혼합물 20당량% 이상을 함유하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제올라이트 분자체가 아연, 회토류, 수소 및 암모늄 양이온중 하나 또는 2개 이상의 이의 혼합물 40당량% 이상 및 알칼리 및 알칼리토금속 양이온 40당량% 미만을 함유하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, CO2및 비-산성 기체의 혼합물이 CO2및 CH4를 함유하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, CO2및 비-산성 기체의 혼합물이 CO2및 H2를 함유하는 방법.
