제3도 본 발명의 방법을 수행하는데 이용되는 다른 장치의 개략도.

Claims (17)

  1. 주성분인 산소와 적어도 3%의 아르곤으로 이루어진 출발가스를 탄소 분자체로 충전된 흡착탑 내에서 압력-스윙-흡착 조작시켜 농축 아르곤과 고농도 산소를 동시에 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 압력-스윙-흡착법에 의해 상기 출발가스로부터 아르곤과 산소를 선택적으로 분리시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소 분자체로 충전된 흡착 장치가 첫 번째 흡착 장치 및 두 번째 흡착장치로 이루어져 있으며, 첫 번째 흡착장치에서 출발 가스를 압력-스윙-흡착 조작시켜 고농도 산소와 중간농도 아르곤으로 분리시킨 다음, 두 번째 흡착장치에서 중간농도 아르곤을 압력-스윙-흡착 조작시켜 고농도 아르곤 가스를 분리시키는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 첫 번째 흡착 장치가 3개의 흡착탑으로 이루어져 있고 두 번째 흡착 장치가 2개의 흡착탑으로 이루어져 있으며, 두 번째 흡착 장치에서 나오는 탈착가스를 재순환시켜 첫 번째 흡착장치의 유입구에서 출발 가스와 혼합시키는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 탄소 분자체로 충전된 흡착 장치에서 수득한 농축 아르곤 가스를 제올라이트 분자체로 충전된 흡착 장치에서 압력-스윙-흡착 조작시키는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 출발가스가 공기를 제울라이트 분자체로 충전된 흡착 장치에서 압력-스윙-흡착 조작시켜 수득한, 주성분인 산소와 아르곤으로 이루어진 가스인 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 출발 가스가 공기를 제울라이트 분자체로 충전된 흡착 장치에서 압력-스윙-흡착 조작시켜 수득한, 주성분인 산소와 아르곤으로 이루어진 가스인 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 제울라이트 분자체로 충전된 흡착장치에서 나오는 탈착가스를 제올라이트 분자체로 충전된 두 번째 흡착 장치에서 압력-스윙-흡착 조작시켜 아르곤을 회수하고, 생성된 농축 아르곤 가스를 제올라이트 분자체로 충전된 첫 번째 흡착 장치의 유입구에서 출발가스와 혼합시키는 방법.
  8. 제4항, 6항 및 7항중의 어느하나에 있어서, 탄서분자체로 충전된 흡착 장치에서 나오는 농축 아르곤 가스를, 제올라이트 분자체로 충전된 흡착 장치로 보내기전에, 산소 제거장치로 보낸다음, 여기서 수소를 가하여 산소가 거의 없는 고농도 아르곤 가스로 전환시키는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 탄소 분자체로 충전된 흡착 장치에서 나오는 농축 아르곤 가스를 저온 공기 분리 장치에서 처리, 아르곤을 액화시켜 질소를 분리시킴으로써 고농도 아르곤 가스를 분리시키는 방법.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 탄소분자체로 충전된 흡착장치에서 나오는 농축아르곤 가스를 저온 공기 분리장치에서 처리, 아르곤을 액화시켜 질소를 분리시킴으로써 고농도 아르곤 가스를 분리시키는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 출발가스가 저온 공기 분리장치의 액화-정류탑 중간부에서, 나오는 가스로서 주성분인 산소와 약 12%의 아르곤으로 이루어진 혼합가스인 방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 출발가스가 저온공기 분리장치의 액화-정류탑중간부에서 나오는 가스로서, 주성 분인 산소와 약12%의 아르곤으로 이루어진 혼합가스인 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 8항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 흡착 압력이 0.3∼10kg/㎠G인 방법.
  14. 제1항 내지 8항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 탈착 압력이 760Torr이하인 방법.
  15. 제4항에 있어서, 제올라이트 분자체로 충전된 흡착 장치가 3개의 흡착탑으로 이루어진 방법.
  16. 제7항에 있어서, 제올라이트 분자체로 충전된 각각 첫 번째 및 두 번째 흡착장치가 3개의 흡착탑으로 이루어진 방법.
