Claims (6)

  1. 비석으로 된 흡착제를 수용하고 있는 적어도 두개의 흡착탑을 사용하여 PSA(압력변동식흡착) 방식에 의해 적어도 일산화탄소가스와 질소가스를 함유하는 공급가스로 부터 질소가스를 제거하는 방법에 있어서, (ⅰ) 단계(ⅵ)가 앞서 완결된 흡착탑을 공급가스로 가압하는 단계 ; (ⅱ) 단계(ⅰ)가 앞서 완결된 흡착탑내에 공급가스를 도입하여 파과점에 도달할 때까지 또는 파과점에 도달하기 직전까지 흡착제에 이흡착성분을 흡착시키는 단계 ; (ⅲ) 단계(ⅱ)가 앞서 완결된 흡착탑을 단계(ⅴ)가 앞서 완결된 다른 흡착탑에 연결하여 처음의 흡착탑에 연결하여 처음의 흡착찹의 압력은 1기압 또는 그와 가까운 압력까지 감소되게 하고 나중의 흡착탑의 압력은 상승되게 하는 단계 ; (ⅳ) 단계 (ⅲ)가 앞서 완결된 흡착탑내로 제품가스를 통과 시켜 난흡착성분을 퍼어지(깨끗이 추방) 시키는 단계; (ⅴ) 단계 (ⅳ)가 앞서 완결된 흡착탑의 흡착제에 흡착된 이흡착성분을 진공펌프에 의해 탈착시켜 제품가스를 회수하는 단계 : 및 (ⅵ) 단계(ⅴ)가 앞서 완결된 흡착탑을 단계(ⅱ)가 앞서 완결된 다른 흡착탑에 연결하여 처음탑의 압력을 증가시키는 단계로 되어 있고, 모든 흡착탑들에서 상기 단계들을 반복되도록 상기 흡착탑들간에 주기적으로 흐름을 절환하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적어도 일산화탄소가스와 질소가스를 함유하는 공급가스로 부터 질소가스를 제거하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 흡착압력이 0.1 내지 3.0kg/㎠·G의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 압력균등화에 의한 감압(depressurization)을 향류적으로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제품가스에 의한 퍼아지를 방류적으로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 배기(진공화)를 향류적으로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 압력균등화에 의한 가압을 병류적으로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
