제1도는 곡선 A(증가하는 Ca/Na2O의 기능으로서 약1기압 및 액 30℃에서의 몇몇 에이 제올라이트샘플의 질소흡착능력)와 곡선 B(상응하는 산소흡착능력)로 도시되는 한쌍의 그래프.
제2도는 약30℃에서의 증가하는 압력의 기능으로서 다양한 에이 제올라이트의 질소흡착능력을 도시하는 일련의 그래프.
제3도는 본 발명의 실제시스템을 도시하는 계통흐름선도.
Claims (2)
- 사이클시퀀스에 의해 공기로부터 고순도질소와 산소농축 생성물을 제조함에 있어서, 적어도 약 25의 Ca/Na2O 중량비를 갖는 에이형 분자체 제올라이트의 이차상 흡착제로 유용한 흡착제의 예처리상에 대기공기를 통과시켜 물과 이산화탄소를 제거하고 산소에 대응하는 것으로써 질소보유에 선택성을 지능 흡착제를 함유하는 이차흡착제상으로 유입한후 일차 산소농축유출물을 형성하고 상기 흡착제상의 진공화에 따라 그흐름에 의해 흡착된 질소를 상기 이차흡착제상으로부터 제거유입시키고 상기 예처리상을 통해 이차상으로부터 물과 이산화탄소를 탈착시키고 마지막으로, 상기 상들의 압력을 대기압으로 유지하여 상기 순환을 반복함을 특징으로 하는 공기분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제상들을 진공화시키기 전에 이상들을 고순도의 질소 기체로 헹굼을 특징으로 하는 공기분리방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
