Claims (7)
- N2주성분으로 하고 O2를 함유하는 가스를 흡착탑내에 도입해서 N2를 흡착제에 흡착시켜, 이 흡착탑을 감안하므로써 고순도 N2를 탈착회수하는 압력 스윙 흄착방법에 있어서, 상기 흡착제로서 합성제올라이트를 사용함과 동시에, T=L/V 단, L는 상기 흡착제의 충전길이(단위 : m) V는 상기 흡착탑의 흡착공정에 있어서의 평균 공탑속도(단위 : m초)로 표시되는 평균접촉시간(T)(단위 : 초)을 30초 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 질소 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성제올라이트로서 베이컨시 직경 7 내지 10Å의 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 질소 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 합성제올라이트로서 베이컨시 직경 7 내지 10Å의 베이컨시를 가지는 것이 95% 이상을 차지하는 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 질소 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 흡착탑의 탈착공정에 앞서서, 제조된 고순도 N2의 일부를 이 흡착탑에 세정가스로서 공급하고 이 흡착탑내의 잔존 O2를 치환 제거하고, 치환후의 배기가스를 다른 흡착탑에 보내서 이 배기가스 중의 N2를 흡착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 질소 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 원료가스, 세정가스 및 치환후의 배기가스의 흡착탑으로의 도입은, 흡착탑내의 가스흐름이 동일 방향으로 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 질소 제조방법.
- 흡착탑내 흡착제에 N2를 흡착시켜, 이 N2를 감압탈착에 의해 고순도로 분리회수하는 압력스윙흡착 장치이고, 상기 흡착탑에는 베이컨시직경 7 내지 10Å으로 조정된 합성제올라이트를 충전해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 질소 제조장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 빈구멍지름 7 내지 10Å의 것이 95% 이상을 차지하는 합성제올라이트를 충전한 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 질소 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
