제1도는 본 발명에 따른 압력 스윙 흡착(Pressure swing adsorption)(PSA)예비정제 시스템의 도식적인 흐름도이고, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 PSA예비정제 시스템의 또다른 태양의 도식적인 흐름도이다.
Claims (9)
- (a)가압하에서 공기를 제1흡착 베드에 도입하므로써 그로부터 수증기 및 이산화탄소로 이루어진 가스성 불순물을 제거하고 가스 생성물을 형성하고; (b) 제거 단계에 말기에, 공기의 도입을 중지하고 상기 베드를 대기로 환기시키고; (c) 회수한 가스를 대기로 계속 환기시키면서 상기 베드를 배기시키고; (d) 계속 배기시키면서 퍼지 가스를 상기 베드에 도입하고; (e) 제1베드 및 제2베드중 하나가 단계 (a)에 의해 가스 생성물을 생산하는 동안 다른 베드가 단계(b),(c) 및 (d)에 의해 재생되도록 제1베드와 함께 상밖에서 작동하는 제2베드로부터의 가스 생성물을 상기 제1베드에 되채움하는 사이클 서열을 포함하는, 상기 가스성 불순물을 공기로부터 제거하기 위한 압력 스윙(swing)흡착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베드가 활성 알루미나 또는 실리카겔 및 적합한 제올라이트를 함유하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트가 약 0.6내지 1.6㎜의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 13x인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트가 약 0.4내지 0.8㎜인 평균 입자크기를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 퍼지 가스가 (a)단계에서 생성된 가스 생성물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (e)단계 이전에, 상기 베드의 상부 및 하부를 통하여 놓으므로써 그 사이의 압력을 평형화시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생성물을 극저온 공기 분리 단위에 도입하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 퍼지 가스가 상기 단위로부터의 가스 생성물인 방법.
