Claims (18)

  1. (a)디아민 및 디카복실산으로부터 합성된 탄소수 6 이상의 염, 탄소수 6이상의 아미노카복실산 또는 탄소수 6 이상의 락탐, (b) 다음 일반식(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ)및 (Ⅲ)의 화합물 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 디올 화합물,(c)폴리(알킬렌 옥사이드)글리콜 및 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 디올중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 디올 화합물, 및 (d)C4-20디카복실산을 공중합시켜 형성되며, 폴리에테르-에스테르 단위의 함량이, 폴리에테르-에스테르아미드의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 10내지 90중량%인 투명 폴리에테르-에스테르아미드
    HO-R3-OH
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 에틸렌 옥사이드그룹 및 프로필렌 옥사이드그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 그룹이고, Y는 공유결합, C1-6알킬렌그룹, C1-6알킬리덴그룹, C7-17사이클로알킬리덴그룹, C7-17아릴알킬리덴그룹, O, SO, SO2, CO, S, CF2, C(CF3)2또는 NH이며, X는 수소, C1-6알킬그룹, 할로겐, 설폰산 또는 이의 염이고, 1은 0또는 1 내지 4의 정수이며, m및 n은 각각 독립적으로 1내지 15의 정수이고, R3은 C2-16의 알킬렌, 알킬리덴, 사이클로알킬리덴 또는 아릴알킬리덴그룹이다.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 ε- 카프롤락탐인 투명 폴리에테르-에스테르아미드.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ), (Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ)의 디올 화합물(b)에서, R1및 R2중의 하나 이상이 에틸렌 옥사이드그룹인 투명 폴리에테르-에스테르아미드.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ)의 디올화합물(b)에서, m및 n이 1내지 5의 정수인 투명 폴리에테르-에스테르아미드.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 디올(b)가 비스페놀 A의 에틸렌 옥사이드 부가물 또는 이의 블럭 공중합체인 투명 폴리에테르-에스테르아미드.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 디올(c)가 폴리(알킬렌 옥사이드)글리콜인 투명 폴리에테르-에스테르아미드.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리(알킬렌 옥사이드)글리콜의 수평균 분자량이 200내지 6000인 투명 폴리에테르-에스테르아미드.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 디카복실산(d)가 테레프탈산, 이소프탈산, 1,4-사이클로헥산디카복실산, 세박산, 아디프산 및 도데칸디카복실산중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 성분인 투명 폴리에테르-에스테르아미드.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 단위의 함량이 폴리에테르-에스테르아미드의 중량을 기준으로 하여 10내지 80중량%인 투명 폴리에테르-에스테르아미드.
  10. (A)(a)디아민 및 디카복실산으로부터 합성된 탄소수 6 이상의 염, 탄소수 6이상의 아미노카복실산 또는 탄소수 6이상의 락탐, (b)다음 일반식(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ) 및(Ⅲ)의 화합물중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 디올 화합물, (c)폴리(알킬렌 옥사이드)글리콜 및 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 디올중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 디올 화합물, 및 (d)C4-20디카복실산을 공중합시켜 형성되며, 폴리에테르-에스테르 단위의 함량이 폴리에테르-에스테르아미드의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 10내지 90중량%인 투명 폴리에테르-에스테르아미드 1내지 40중량%, 및(B)(a)고무상 중합체 1내지 80중량부를 (b)방향족 비닐 단량체와 메타크릴산 에스테르 및 아크릴산 에스테르중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 단량체 100내지 40중량%, 및 비닐 시아나이드 단량체 0내지 60중량%를 함유하는 단량체 혼합물 99내지 20중량부와 그래프트-중합시켜 형성된 그래프트 공중합 생성물 99내지 1중량%를 함유하며, 성분(A)와 (B)사이의 굴절율의 차이가 0.02이하인 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물

    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 에틸렌 옥사이드그룹 및 프로필렌 옥사이드그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 그룹이고, Y는 공유결합, C1-6알킬렌그룹, C1-7알킬리덴그룹, C7-17사이클로알킬리덴그룹, C7-17아릴알킬리덴그룹, O, SO, SO2, CO, S, CF2C(CF3)2또는 NH이며, X는 수소, C1-6알킬그룹, 할로겐, 설폰산 또는 이의 염이고, 1은 0 또는 1 내지 4의 정수이며, m은 n은 1 내지 15의 정수이고, R3은 C2-16의 알킬렌, 알킬리덴, 사이클로알킬리덴 또는 아릴알킬리덴그룹이다.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서, 총 열가소성 수지 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 98중량% 이하의, 카복실, 에폭시, 아미노 및 치환된 아미노그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 그룹을 함유하는 개질된 비닐 중합체(C)를 추가로 함유하며, 성분(A), (B)및 (C)사이의 굴절율의 차이가 0.02이하인 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  12. 제 10항에 있어서, 성분(A)와 (B)사이의 굴절율의 차이가 0.01미만인 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  13. 제 11항에 있어서, 성분(A),(B)및 (C)사이의 굴절율의 차이가 0.01미만인 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  14. 제 11항에 있어서, 카복실, 에폭시, 아미노 및 치환된 아미노그룹중에서 선택되며, 개질된 비닐 중합체(C)에 함유된 그룹이 총 열가소성 수지 조성물 100ｇ당 5X10-7내지 0.5몰의 양으로 존재하는 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  15. 제 10항에 있어서, 고무상 중합체의 양이 총 열가소성 수지 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 1내지 40중량%인 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  16. 제 10항에 있어서, 총 열가소성 수지 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 98중량% 이하의, 방향족 비닐 단량체와 메타크릴산 에스테르 및 아크릴산 에스테르 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 단량체 100 내지 40중량%, 비닐 시아나이드 단량체 0 내지 60중량%, 및 기타의 공중합성 모노에틸렌계 불포화 단량체 0 내지 60중량%를 함유하는 단량체 혼합물로부터 유도된 공중합체(D)를 추가로 함유하며, 성문(A),(B) 및 (C)사이의 굴절율의 차이가 0.02이하인 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  17. 제 10항에 있어서, 총 열가소성 수지 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 98중량% 미만의, 카복실, 에폭시, 아미노 및 치환된 아미노그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 그룹을 함유하는 개질된 비닐 중합체(C), 및, 총 열가소성 수지 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 98중량% 미만의, 방향족 비닐 단량체와 메타크릴산 에스테르 및 아크릴산 에스테르중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 단량체 100 내지 40중량%, 비닐 시아나이드 단량체 0 내지 60중량%, 및 기타의 공중합성 모노 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체 0 내지 60중량%를 함유하는 단량체 혼합물로부터 유도된 공중합성(D)를 추가로 함유하며, 성분(A), (B),(C) 및 (D) 사이의 굴절율의 차이가 0.02이하인 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  18. 제 16항에 있어서, 성분(B)/성분(D) 중량비가 2/98 내지 99/1인 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
