Claims (18)
- DNA 화합물이(a) 사이영역 지역들을 암호화하는 뉴클레오티드 서열내에 영역 지역들을 암호화하는 뉴클레오티드 서열들내에는 존재하지 않는 비-자연 엔도뉴클리아제 제한 자리들을 포함하고, (b)분자량이 90,0000달톤보다 적고 어떤 영역도 두번보다 더 많이 나타나지 않는 TPA-유사 단백질을 암호화하는 : 핑거영역(F), 성장 인자 영역(G), 크린글 1영역(K1)및 크린클 2영역(K2)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 영역들과 활성 자리를 포함하는, TPA-유사 단백질을 암호화하는 뉴클레오티드 염기로 구성된 DNA화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 영역 지역들을 암호화하는 뉴클레오티드 서열들이 그들의 순서, 발생 또는 둘다에 대해 자연 배열이 변경된 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Xba 자리가 뉴클레오티드 염기 187-198사이에 삽입된 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Hpal 또는, SphI자리 또는 그 조합이 뉴클레오티드 염기 328-342사이에 삽입된 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, EcoRV, Clal, 또는 SmaI자리 또는 그 조합이 뉴클레오티드 염기 442-462사이에 삽입된 화합물.

- 제1항에 있어서, MstI, SphI 또는 XmaIII 자리 또는 그 조합이 뉴클레오티드염기 973-997사이에 삽입된 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, DNA가 영역들이 아미노 말단으로부터 하기의 같은 순서인 TPA-유사단백질을 암호화하는 화함물. a. FA; b. FGK1A, c.FGK2A; d.FK2A; e. FK1K2A; f. FK2K2A; g. FK1A 또는 h.FGK1K2A.
- 제1항에 있어서, TPA-유사단백질을 암호화하는 서열의 상류와 하류 둘다의 뉴클레오티드 서열이 화합물을 적당한 숙주 세포에 의해 유지될 수 있게 하는 화합물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 적당한 숙주 세포가 TPA-유사 단백질을 발현시킬 수 있는 화합물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 영역들이 아미노 말단으로부터 하기의 같은 순서인 TPA-유사 단백질을 암호화하는 DNA를 포함하는 화합물. a. FA; b. FGK1A, c.FGA2A; d.FK2A; e. FK1K2A; f. FK2K2A; g. FK1A; 또는 h.FGK1K2A.
- 제10항에 있어서, 적당한 숙주가 1. 효모, 2. 진핵 세포및 3. 이쉐리키아 종으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 화합물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 적당한 숙주 세포가 차이니즈 헴스터 난소 세포인 화합물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 적당한 숙주 세포가 곤충으로부터 유도된 진핵 세포인 화합물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 곤충 숙주 세포가 봄빅스 모리 또는 스포돕테라 프루기페르다로 부터 선택된 화합물.
- 단백질의 전체 분자량이 90,000달톤을 넘지 않고 어떤 영역도 두변보다 더 많이 나타나지 않으며, 영역 지역들이 그들의 순서, 발생 도는 둘다에 관하여 자연 배열이 변경된, 핑거 영역(F), 성장 인자 영역(G), 크린글1 영역(K1)및 크린글 2영역(K2)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 도는 그 이상의 영역들과 활성 자리를 포함하는 TPA-유사 단백질.
