Claims (11)

  1. 원핵 숙주에 이종인 단백질을 암호화시키는 유전자에 접합된 프로모터/오퍼레이터로 되는 제1 DNA서열과, 프로모터/오퍼레이터와 공존할 수 있는 리프레서 단백질을 암호화시키고 숙주에 보완성을 갖는 유전자에 접합된 유도성 프로모터로 되는 제2DNA 서열(상기 제1DNA 서열과 제2DNA 서열이 숙주에 대하여 변이성임)시스템으로 되는 원핵숙주에 이종인 단백질을 암호화시키는 유전자의 표현을 억제시킬수 있는 콘트롤 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1 DNA 서열이 trp 프로모터/오퍼레이터로 되는 콘트롤 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제2 DNA 서열이 rlacR 프로모터로 되는 콘트롤 시스템.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 제DNA서열이 trpR 유전자에 접합된 프로모터로 되는 콘트롤 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 숙주가 대장균 균주인 콘트롤 시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 이종 단백질을 FMD항원 단백질, 포유동물 성장호르몬, 포유동물 인터페론, 인체조직 플라스미노겐 활성인자, 유로키나제 및 IL-2로 되는 군중에서 선택하는 콘트롤 시스템.
  7. 제1항의 콘트롤 시스템에 있어서, 상기 숙주에 이종인 소기의 단백질을 암호화시키는 유전자를 표현시킴에 있어서 원핵 숙주 세포에 유효한 표현 벡터.
  8. 제7항의 표현 벡터로 형질변이시킨 세포 또는 세포 배양체.
  9. 제7항의 표현 벡터에 배치된 이종 단백질을 암호화시키는 유전자의 표현에 의해 성성된 단백질.
  10. 제8항의 세포를 배양시켜서 이종 단백질을 암호화시키는 유전자의 표현을 조절시키는 방법.
  11. 이종 단백질을 암호화시키는 유전자에 접합된 프로모터/오퍼레이터로 되는 제1 DNA 서열과, 프로모터/ 오퍼레이터와 공존할 수 있는 리프테서 단백질을 암호화시키고 숙주에 보완성을 갖는 유전자에 접합된 유도성 프로모터로 되는 제2 DNA 서열(상기 제1DNA 서열과 제2 DNA 서열이 숙주에 대하여 변이성임)로 되는 유전자용 표현벡터로 형질변이시킨 세포를 배양시켜 소지의 이종 단백질을 암호화시키는 유전자의 표현을 조절시키는 방법.
