Claims (12)
- 일반식 M(OR)Z(여기에서 M은 가수분해 가능한 알콕사이드를 형성하는 금속, Z는 M의 원자가 및 R은 저분자량 유기 라디칼이다) 적어도 두개의 금속 알콕사이드를 용액 중합하는 것을 포함하는 초전도 세라믹 산화물 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 알킬, 비닐, 알콕시 알킬 및 아릴 바람직하게는 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 혹은 부틸인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속이 이티리움, 바륨, 비스무쓰, 납, 란탄, 스트론튬, 구리 또는 그의 혼합물인 방법.
- 하기 a-e단계를 포함하는 초전도 혼합 금속 산화물 조성물의 제조방법; a. 유기 용매내에 전이 금속도는 희토류 원소인 적어도 두가지의 금속 및 구리를 포함하는 금속 알콕사이드의 혼합물을 분산시키는 단계; b. 상기 혼합물을 산성화시켜 맑은 용액을 형성하는 단계; c. 무수 에탄올등과 같은 용매내에서 상기 알콕사이드를 부분 가수분해시키는 단계; d. 상기 부분 가수분해된 알콕사이드를 반응시켜서 금속-산소-금속 결합을 형성시키는 단계; 및 e. 조성물을 더 가수분해시키고 축합시켜서 금속 산화물 중합체를 형성하는 단계.
- 제4항에 있어서, 구리의 산화상태를 산, 염기, 산화제, 또는 열로 처리함으로써 변형시키는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 금속 알콕사이드가 란탄, 스트론튬 및 구리 알콕사이드의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 금속 알콕사이드가 란탄 이소프로폭사이드, 스트톤튬 이소프로폭사이드 및 구리 에톡사이드를 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 금속 알콕사이드가 이티리움, 바륨 및 구리 알콕사이드를 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서 상기 금속 알콕사이드가 이티리움 이소프로폭사이드 바륨 에톡사이드 또는 이소프로폭사이드 및 구리 에톡사이드를 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기한 각각의 금속 알콕사이드가 약1 : 2 : 3의 몰비로 이용되는 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 열가소성 조성물이 생성되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 결과 형성된 중합 조성물을 열처리함으로써 초전도 피막을 갖는 피막제품과 같은 초전도 세라믹 산화물 조성물을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
