Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily produce a superconductive material by dissolving metal- contg. compds. in a solvent so as to obtain a metal compsn. corresponding to a superconductive compd. metal oxide. CONSTITUTION:Metal-contg. compds. as starting materials are dissolved in a solvent so as to obtain a metal compsn. corresponding to a superconductive compd. metal oxide. The metal-contg. compds. are preferably metal alkoxides and the solvent may be one or more among an org. acid, pyridine and a pyridine deriv. Metal nitrates may be used as the metal-contg. compds. A support is coated with the resulting starting material soln. and drying and sintering are carried out to obtain a thin film of the superconductive compd. metal oxide.
