Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce cost by mixing metal salt as raw material powder with a dispersion medium to make a solution for coating and dipping a substrate in this solution for being pulled up, dried and fired later. CONSTITUTION:Each metal salt of metals forming an oxide system superconductor, that is to say, RE, Ba and Cu is weighed at a fixed rate for being mixed with a medium mainly composed of an alcohol system compound such as glycerin so as to prepare a sticky solution for making it a coating liquid. A substrate is dipped in this liquid to be pulled up at a fixed speed and dried followed by being fired in an oxidation atmosphere at 850-1000 deg.C. Thereby, an oxide system superconductive thin film having a large area can be cheaply and stably obtained.
