Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the production of an electrode, by coating the solution of an indium oxide alloy to a quartz oscillator to form an indium layer and then applying the plating on the indium oxide layer. CONSTITUTION:An indium compound which is soluble to a solvent of indium nitrate, etc. is dissolved along with a solvent of acetylacetone, ethyl acetate, isopropyl alcohol, etc. This dissolved solvent is diluted by ethyl alcohol. A quartz oscillator formed into a tuning fork shape is dipped into such solution and then drawn out of the solution while being dried up by the hot air. The quartz oscillator is burnt in the air for an hour and at 500 deg.C to form an indium oxide layer. The thickness of the indium oxide layer is set preferably at 50- 500Angstrom . Then a nonelectrolytic plating is applied on the indium oxide layer to form an electrode.
