Abstract
PURPOSE:To seek to thin a line and improve critical current by coating the surface of a heat-resistant line-shaped substrate with a compound metal oxide film which has layer-shaped perovskite structure consisting of copper, IIa metal and IIIa metal. CONSTITUTION:A heat-resistant line-shaped board is soaked so as to coat in complex metal solution for forming oxide superconductive compound which dissolved metal compound of copper, IIa metal and IIIa metal in organic solvent and then coated with complex metal oxide film which has layer-shaped perovskite structure by thermally decomposing and further the surface is coated with a protective film in organic high polymer line. A line-shaped oxide superconductor having high performance can be made by thinning the line and improving critical current value in this way.
