Abstract

PURPOSE:To accomplish even temperature distribution at the heating section by means of a thin film resistance layer provided on the substrate through a metal layer high in the thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION:After a glass layer 20 is formed on the surface of a substrate, a metal layer 70 is atached to the glass layer corresponding to a specified heating pattern by evaporation, sputtering or the like. Subsequently, after formation of an oxidized insulation film 70' on the surface of the metal layer 70 by an anode oxidization technique generally used in solid electrolytic capacitor, a thin film resitance layer 30 is added to cover the metal. Successively, electrode layers 40 and 40', an antioxidation layer and a wearproof layer 60 are superlaid in sequence.
