Claims (9)
- 평균 조정식 Ra Sio(식중, R은 치환 또는 비치환된 1가의 유기기이며, R중 0.02-10몰%는 비닐기, a는 1.900-2.004의 수치이다)로 표시되며, 또한 중합도가 500-10,000인 폴리오르가노 실록산(I) 3-70중량%와, 유기고무(II) 97-30중량%를 주성분으로 하는 고무를 형성하는 성질이 있는 폴리머(A) 100중양부에 대하여 폴리오르가노 하이드로젠 실록산(B) 0.005-50 중량부와 주기율표 제VIII족의 천이금속화합물(C) 0.00001-1 중량부를 배합하여 이 배합물을 전단 변형시키면서 히드로 실릴화 반응을 시켜서 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고무조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기고무(II)의 무우니 점도(ML1+4)가 10-200인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유기고무(II)가 아크릴고무, 에틸렌-α-올레핀계고무, 아크릴로 니트릴 부타디엔고무, 부틸고무, 불소고무, 에피클로로하드린고무 및 클로로설폰화 폴리에틸렌 중에서 선정되는 적어도 1종의 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기고무(II)가 아크릴고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기고무(II)가 에폭시기, 할로겐원자, 카르복시기 또는 일반식(i)(식중, R1, R2, R3는 수소원자 또는 1-2가의 유기기이다)으로 표시되는 가교기를 지닌 아크릴 고무(II-a) 50-95 중량%와 일반식(ii)(식중, R4는 메틸렌기, 또는 -NH-를 나타내며, R5, R7은 각각 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 1-3가의 유기기이며, R5, R7중 2-3개는 수소원자이며 R은 전술한 바와 동일)로 표시되는 가교기를 지닌 아크릴고무(II-b) 50-5중량% 〔단, (II-a)+(II-b)=100 중량%〕로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고무조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 천이금속화합물(c)이 백금화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 고무조성물에 유기고무(II)의 가교제를 배합한 것을 특징으로 하는 가교될 수 있는 고무조성물.
- 제7항에 따른 가교될 수 있는 고무조성물로부터 얻어지는 오일시일.
- 제7항에 따른 가교될 수 있는 고무조성물로부터 얻어진 고무호오스.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
