Claims (16)

  1. 그들의 고분자내에 음이온 및 양이온성의 친수성 이온기를 함유하고, 다음 공정에 따라서 제조되는 불소화된 폴리우레탄의 안정한 분산수용액 : (a) 이온화될 수 있는 기를 함유하는 디올 및(폴리올과 적어도 l중량 %의 하나 또는 그 이상의 히드록시-및/또는 카르복시-결합된 플루오로폴리에테르로써 이루어지는)매크로글리콜로 구성되는 혼합물을, 유기디이소시아네이트와 반응시켜서 불소화된 폴리이소시안 폴리이소시아네이트를 제조하고 : (b) 이온화될 수 있는 기를 친수성 양이온 또는 음이온으로 전환시키기 위하여, 이와같이 해서 얻어진 불소화된 폴리이소시아네이트를 염화하고 : 그리고 (c) 염화된 불소화 폴리이소시아네이트를 물에 분산시켜서 완료함.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 히드록시기의 합에 대한 이소시안기의 몰비율이 0.2 내지 2 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산수용액.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 히드록시기의 합에 대한 이소시안기의 몰비율이 1.5임을 특징으로 하는 분산수용액.
  4. 상기항 중의 어느항에 있어서, 매크로글리콜이 하나 또는 그 이상의 히드록시-및/또는 카르복시-결합된 플루오로 폴리에테프로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 분산수용액.
  5. 상기항중의 어느항에 있어서, 히드록시 -및/또는 카르복시 -결합된 플로오로폴리에테르의 분자량이 500 내지 7,000, 바람직하게는 1,000내지 2,500 됨을 특징으로 하는 분산수용액.
  6. 상기항중의 어느항에 있어서, 히드록시-및/또는 카르복시-결합된 플루오로폴리에테르가 다음 일반식(Ⅰ) 내지 (Ⅸ)로 부터 선택되어짐을 특징으로 하는 분산수용액 :
    상기식에서 R1은 -(CH2)x-, -(CH2O)yCH2-, -(CH2)xOCH2-,로부터 선택되어지며,는 1내지 4의 정수이고 ;은 m/n 비율이 0.2내지 2, 바람직하게는 0.5내지 1.2인 정수이고 : Rf는 퍼플루오로알켄기이며 : X는 -F또는 -CF3이고 : Y는-OH, 및/또는 -COOH기를 나타내며 : 는 위에서 언급한 분자량이 얻어지는 것이 가능해지는 정수이다.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 히드록시 -및/또는 카르복시 -결합된 플로오로폴리에테르가 평군분자량이 2,000되는 α·W-비스-(히드록시메틸)-폴리옥시퍼플루오로알켄 및 α·w-(폴리옥시퍼플루오로알칸)-디오익산임을 특징으로 하는 분산수용액.
  8. 그들의 고분자내에 음이온 또는 양이온성의 친수성 이온기를 함유하며, 다음 공정에 의해서 제조되는 불소화된 폴리우레탄의 안정한 분산수용액:(ⅰ) 이온화될 수 있는 디올 및(폴리올과 적어도 1중량%의 하나 또는 그이상의 히드록시-및/또는 카르복시-결합된 플루오로폴리에테르로 이루어지는)매크로글리콜로 구성되는 혼합물을, 유기디이소시아네이트와 반응시켜서 불소화원 폴리이소시안 프레폴리머를 제조하고: (ⅱ)이소시안기와 반응성이었는, 다음 일반식(X)를 갖는 히드록시-알킬-아크릴레이트 또는 메타아크릴레이트로 부터 선택된, 히드록시기를 함유하는 화합물과 반응시켜서 불소화된 폴리이소시안 프레폴리머를 불포화된 비닐말단기를 가지는 올리고우레탄으로 전환하고:
    상기식에서 R2는 수소 또는 (C1-C4)-알킬기이고 W는 히드록시알킬기이며: (ⅲ) 이온화될 수 있는 기를 친수성의 양이온 또는 음이온으로 전환하기 위하여, 얻어진 위와 같은 올리고우레탄으로 염화시키고 : (ⅳ) 얻어진 올리고우레탄을 물에 분산시키고 : 그리고 (ⅴ) 물에 분산된 올리고우레탄의 불포화원 기를 중합함.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 히드록시알킬아크릴레이트 또는 메타아클릴레이트가, R이 수소 또는 메틸기이고, W가 2-히드록시에틸-, 2-히드록시프로필-, 3-히드록시프로필- 및 4-히드록시부틸기 임을 특징으로 하는 분산수용액.
  10. 제8 또는 9항에 있어서, 히드록시알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 메타아크릴레이트가, 폴리이소시안프레폴리머내에 존재하는 유리이소시안기에 대한 NCO-eq/OH-eq 비율이 0.5 내지 1·1의 범위내, 바람직하게는 1이 되도록 사용되어짐을 특징으로 하는 분산수용액.
  11. 상기항중의 어느항에 있어서, 고체함량이 20중량%이상, 바람직하게는 30내지 50중량%의 범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 분산수용액.
  12. 상기항중의 어느항에 있어서, 불소화된 폴리우레탄이 그들의 고분자내에, 100g의 건성중합체당 10내지 60밀리당량, 바람직하게는 100g의 건성중합체당 20내지 40밀리당량의 이온기를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 분산수용액.
  13. 상기항에 따르는 불소화된 폴리우레탄의 분산수용액에 의해서 섬유제품을 처리하는 것으로 이루어지는 직포 및 부직포 섬유제품을 제조하기 위한 공정.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 불소화된 폴리우레탄의 분산수용액이 20g/㎡ 이상, 바람직하게는 20내지 40g/㎡의 침착량수준이 전면가공에 의해 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  15. 제13 또는 14항에 있어서, 섬유제품이, 모직, 비단, 면, 아마, 셀룰로오스섬유, 아크릴, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드섬유와 같은 천연, 인공 또는 합성섬유에 근거함을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  16. 수증기에 대한 침투성이 900내지 1,600의 범위에 있고, 물에 대한 불투과성이 2미터의 수압하에서 24시간이상되는, 높은 불투과성 및 통기성이 동시에 부여된 직포 및 부직포 섬유제품.
