Claims (10)

  1. 고체 100g당 화학적으로 혼입된 카복실레이트 및/또는 술포네이트그룹2내지 200밀리당량 및 고체를 기준으로 하여, 폴리에테르 말단쇄 및/또는 측쇄내에 혼입된 에틸렌옥사이드 단위 0내지 25중량%를 함유하며, 그의 제조시에 1급 및 /또는ㄴ 2급 모노아미노 화합물이 함께 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리이소시아네이트 중부가 생성물의 수성 용액 및 분산액.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, NCO초기중합체를 디아노 및 모노아미노 화합물의 혼합물과 반응시켜 제조되는 폴리이소시아네이트 중부가 생성물의 수성용액 및 분산액.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, NCO반응성 아미노그룹에대한 NCO초기중합체중의 NCO그룹의 당량비가 1:1내지 2.5:1이고 이소시아네이트-반응성 수소원자의 총량에 대한 NCO초기중합체중의 NCO그룹의 당량비가 0.5내지0.98:1인 폴리이소시아네이트 중부가 생성물의 수성용액 및 분산액.
  4. a)유기 폴리이소시아네이트를, 임의로 소량의 유기 모노이소시아네이트와 함께, b)분자량이 500내지 6000범위인 유기 폴리하이드록실 화합물, c)임의로, 분자량이 61내지 499범위인 다가 알코올 및 /또는 아미노 알코올(여기에서, 성분 c)의 양은 성분 b)및c)의 총량을 기준으로 하여 0내지 75하이드록실/아민 당량%의 양이다),및 d) 임의로, 폴리에테르 쇄내에 혼입된 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위를 함유하는 1가 알코올과, NCO:OH당량비를 1.2:1내지 2.5:1로 유지시키면서, 반응시킨 다음, 계속해서 이소시아네이트그룹을 함유하는 생성된 초기 중합체를 e)아민성 화합물과 반응시켜[여기에서, i)성분 b),c)및/또는 e)는 적어도 부분적으로 혼입된 술포네이트 및 /또는 카복실레이트그룹, 중화에 의해 술포네이트 및/또는 카복실레이트 그룹으로 전환될 수 있는 산그룹을 함유하므로, 폴리이소시아네이트 중부가 생성물은, 임의로 언급된 잠재성 이온 그룹을 적어도 부분적으로 중화시킨 후에, 고체 100g당 화학적으로 혼입된 카복실레이트 및/술포네이트 그룹 2내지 200밀리당량을 함유하고, ii)유기 디하이드록시 화합물은, 폴리이소시아네이트 중부가 생성물이 고체를 기준으로하여 폴리에테르 말단쇄 및 /또는 측쇄내에 존재하는 에틸렌옥사이드 단위 0내지 25중량%를 함유하도록 하는 양으로 성분 b)및/또는 c)및/또는 임의로 사용되는 성분 d)로서 폴리에테르쇄내에 존지하는 에틸렌 옥사이드 측쇄단위를 함유하며, iii)폴리이소시아네이트 중부가 생성물은 이소시아네이트 초기중합체를 수성 및/또는 유기매질 중에서 성분 e)와 반응시켜 제조한다]제1내지 3항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 폴리이소시아네이트 중부가 생성물의 수성용액 및 분산액을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 성분e)로서 임의로 1급또는 2급 디아미노 화합물과의 혼합물 형태인 1급 및/또는 2급 모노아미노 화합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 성분 e)가 디-및 모노 아미노 화합물의 혼합물인방법.
  6. 제4또는 5항에 있어서, NCO-반응성 아미노 그룹에 대한 NCO초기 중합체중의 NCO그룹의 당량비가 1:1 내지 1.5:1이고, 이소시아네이트-반응성 수소원자의 총량에 대한 NCO초기중합체중의 NCO그룹의 당량비는 0.5:1내지 0.98;1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중의 어느 한 항에서 청구된 용액 및 분산액의접착제로서의 용도.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 용액 또는 분산액100g을 기준으로 하여, 적어도 2개의 유리 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하는 적어도 한개의 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물 0.1내지 20중량부를 제1항 내지 6항중의 어느 한 항에서 청구된 용액 및 분산액에 가함을 특징으로 하는 용도.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물이 물중에 유화될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는용도.
  10. 제1항 내지 6항중의 어느 한항에서 청구된 용액 또는 분산액 100중량부, 및 적어도 2개의 유리 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트 활합물 0.1내지 10중량부를 함유함을특징으로 하는 물을 기본으로 하는 접착제.
