Claims (29)

  1. 생산물로 채워진 폴리포일 웨브재의 전진 튜브로 부터 다수의 밀봉된 패키지를 제조하기 위한 기계에 사용하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 가) 기계내에 장치되며 조절가능한 속도고 축 주변에서 회전하도록 적용하고 평행플랜지를 가지는 원통형바퀴, 나) 전술한 바퀴의 원둘레 주변에 장착되고 전술한 플랜지상에 장착되도록 적용된 다수의 클램핑 및 봉함기계로, 클램핑 및 봉함기계 각각이 봉함턱과 모루턱이 선회전 가능하도록 함께 연결되므로해서 봉함턱 또는 모루턱중 하나가 바퀴축과 평행하게 장착되도록 하고, 클램핑 및 봉함기계가 개방위치 및 폐쇄위치를 가지며, 폐쇄된 위치는 클램핑된 패키지를 형성시키기 위해 튜브 주변에서 모루턱과 봉함턱이 나란히 함께 가로로 고정되도록 된 봉함턱과 모루턱, 밀봉된 패키지를 형성시키기 위해 밀봉턱과 모루턱 사이에서 클램핑 된 튜브영역을 밀봉하기 위한 수단, 가로시일 영역을 절단시키기 위한 수단, 그리고, 다수의 플랜지를 포함하며, 다) 이동통로내 미리 선택된 위치에 접근하는 때 클램핑 및 봉함기계 각각을 폐쇄하기 위한 수단으로, 전술한 위치가 전진튜브에 근접하여 클램핑 및 봉함기계를 가로로 폐쇄시킴이 튜브를 봉함턱과 모루턱 사이에서 납짝하게 압축시키도록 하는 수단, 그리고 라) 인접한 클램핑 및 봉함기계의 플랜지에 의해 발생된 경계로 클램핑되고 밀봉된 패키지를 압축시키므로써 인접한 클램핑 및 봉함기계 사이에서 클램핑된 밀봉된 패키지를 미리 형성시키기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 밀봉된 튜브부분을 절단하기 위한 수단이 절삭날이 밀봉된 튜브부분을 관통하기에 충분한 연장위치와 모루턱내 수축위치를 갖는 모루턱내에 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 튜브가 클램핑된 패키지를 형성시키기 위해 가로로 클램핑되기 전에 튜브구조와 튜브내 생산물의 체적을 조정하기 위한 체적조정수단을 더욱더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 클램핑된 패키지 각각에서의 생산물체적을 조정하기 위해 미리 결정된 위치에서 튜브를 폐쇄시키는 때 클램핑 및 봉함기계 각각의 방향을 조정하기 위한 수단을 더욱더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 체적조정의 수단이 튜브가 가로로 클램핑되기 전에 접촉점에 근접한 튜브내 생산물의 체적을 조정하기 위해 튜브가 가로로 클램핑되기 전에 튜브구조를 조절하도록 폴리포일 튜브를 접촉하기 위한 접촉수단을 더욱더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 접촉수단이 장. 단축을 가지는 타원경로를 그리도록 일정한 방향으로 향하게 되고, 마주하여 있도록 하며, 서로 일정한 각도를 유지하며 반대방향으로 회전운동하여 핑거가 대략 같은 속도로 같은 방향으로 이동하는 동안 대향 측면상의 폴리포일 튜브를 접촉하도록 하는 한쌍의 핑거를 더욱더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 클램핑 및 봉함기계 각각에 있어, 체적조정 수단이 회전축과 평행하게 장착된 턱으로부터 연장된 압축표면 그리고 다른 턱위의 사전형성 플랜지에 장착된 푸셔 플레이드를 포함하고, 푸셔 플레이트 튜브내 생산물의 체적을 조정하기 위한 연장취지와 튜브를 사전에 형성시키기 위한 수축위치를 가지며 튜브내 생산물의 체적을 조정하기 위해 튜브가 가로로 클램핑됨에 따라 클램핑 및 봉함기계가 튜브를 미리 정해진 구조로 감금하도록 폐쇄되는때 전술한 압축 플레이트와 플랜지가 협동하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 클램핑 및 봉함기계의 한 턱 압축표면과 인접하여 뒤따르는 클램핑 및 봉함기계의 다른 한턱푸셔 플레이트가 튜브내 생산물의 체적을 조정하기 위해 튜브가 가로로 클램핑됨에 따라 클래핑 및 보함기계가 튜브를 미리 정해진 구조로 감금되도록 폐쇄되는 때 협동하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 봉함수단이 봉함턱내에 장착된 이차유도코일을 포함하여, 이같은 코일이 통과되는 때 제1전자장에 응답하고, 가로로 클램핑된 튜브 부분을 가열시키고 밀봉하기 위해 폴리포일 튜브내에서 전류를 유도하기 위하여 제2도의 전자장을 발생시키도록 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 패키지를 미리 형성시키기 위한 수단이 패키지를 플랜지에 의해 경계된 구조로 같은 모양이 되게 하기 위해 클램핑된 패키지를 다수의 플랜지로 압축시키기 위해 인접한 클램핑 및 봉함기계의 관련 방향을 변경시키기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 봉함턱 또는 모루턱중 하나가 턱축 주위에서 회전가능하며, 이같은 장치가, 회전가능하도록 장착된 턱의 한 단부에 고정된 레버아암, 제1캠홈을 가지며, 기계내에 장착된 제1고정캠, 그리고 제1 캠홈 내에서 이동하도록 적용되며 레버아암의 단부에 고정되어 제1 캠홈에 의해 결정되는 바의 조오축(jawaxis)에 관계가 있는 제1캠공이가 회전할 수 있도록 장착된 조오 및 봉함기계의 방향을 결정하도록 하는 제1 캠공이를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 패키지를 미리 형성하기 위한 수단이 사전에 선택된 제1캠공이를 위치시키고 조오축과 관계가 있는 상응하는 사전선택 방향으로 클램핑 및 봉함거래를 위치시키기 위한 제1 쎈홈내 제1 및 제2경로 세그먼트를 포함하고, 제1 경로 세그먼트가 클램핑과 봉함기계를 전진된 각도 방향으로 위치시키도록 배치되며, 클램핑과 봉함기계의 각도방향이 봉함턱과 모루턱이 상호관계하여 이동하며 절단 수단이 이동하는 평면과 같고, 전진된 위치는 클램핑 및 봉함기계 평면이 회전가능 바퀴축을 통하여 연장된다면 평면이 존재하게 될 곳 앞에서 이동하는 클램핑 및 봉함기계의 가장 바깥측 부분이며, 제2경로 세그먼트가 클램핑 및 봉함기계의 방향을 전진된 방향으로부터 지연된 방향으로 바꾸기 위해 조오축과 관계가 있는 제1 캠공이의 위치를 갖도록 구조되며, 지연된 방향은 만약 클램핑 및 봉함기계 플레인이 회전하는 바퀴축을 통하여 연장된다면 있게 될 곳 뒤에서 이동하는 클램핑 및 봉함기계평면의 가장 바깥측 부분이고, 인접한 클램핑 및 봉함기계 사이에서 클램핑된 패키지가 패키지를 미리 형성시키기 위해 충분한 시간동안 봉함기계의 플랜지로 압축되도록, 제1경로 세그먼트에서 이동하는 뒤따르는 클램핑 및 봉함기계가 뒤따르는 봉함기계에 전진된 방향을 제공하는 동안, 제1통로 세그먼트로부터 제2통로 세그먼트로 이동하는 뒤따르는 클램핑 및 봉함기계와 관련된 제1 캠공이가 클램핑 및 봉함기계의 방향을 지연된 방향으로 변경시키도록 함을 특정으로 하는 장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 제1캠홈이 제2경로 세그먼트를 연속적으로 뒤이은 제3경로세그먼트를 포함하며, 앞선 클램핑 및 봉함기계의 지연된 방향을 정지방향으로 전진시키도록 배치되고, 정지방향(rest orientation)이 회전하는 바퀴로부터 미리 형성된 패키지의 운반을 허용하기에 충분하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 제1캠홈이, 제1경로 세그먼트 이전에 배치된 제4경로 세그먼트, 앞뒤 위치사이에서 앞뒤 위치사이의 공칭위치를 포함하여 다수의 위치를 가지며 제4경로 세그먼트내에 위치한 이동가능 캠 세그먼트로, 앞 위치는 각도방향에 있어서 사전 결정된 상대적 최대 전진 또는 상대적 최대 지연 어느 하나에 해당하며, 이동가능 캠 세그먼트의 뒤 위치는 방향에 있어 사전 결정된 상대적 최대 전진 또는 상대적 최대지연의 다른 하나에 해당되고, 공칭위치는 공칭의 클램핑 위치에 해당하는 이동가능 캠 세그먼트, 이동가능 캠 세그먼트를 다수의 위치중 하나로 이동시키어, 앞뒤 위치사이의 이동가능 캠 세그먼트의 위치에 따라 튜브 주변에서 폐쇄되는 때 봉함기계의 각도 방향을 조정하도록 제4경로 세그먼트를 배치시키므로써 공칭위치로부터 앞 또는 뒤위치로 이동가능 캠을 이동시킴이 공칭방향으로부터 상대적 최대 전진 또는 지연방향으로 각도 방향의 변화를 증가시키도록 하는 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 개방되고 폐쇄된 위치사이에서 이동함에 있어 모루턱과 봉함턱의 관련된 위치가 기계내에 장착된 제2의 캠홈을 갖는 제2고정캠에 의해 조정되며, 제2캠공이가 제2연결 레아암에 연결되고, 푸시로드 기계가 클램핑 및 밀봉기계의 피보트에 부착되어 제2캠공이가 크로스 바퀴축을 향하거나 크로스 바퀴축으로부터 벗어나는 방향으로 이동하는 때 제2 캠홈내의 제2 캠공이 경로가 제2연결 레버아암 및 푸시로드가 클램핑 및 봉함기계를 개방 및 폐쇄시키도록 함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  16. 제3항에 있어서, 클램핑 및 봉함기계의 개방 및 폐쇄가 캠트랙 및 캠공이에 의해 조정되며, 캠공이가 클램핑 및 봉함기계에 연결된 레버아암에 연결되고, 그리고 사전 결정된 위치에서 폐쇄되는 때 클램핑 및 봉함기계 각각의 방향을 조정하기 위한 수단이 미리 결정된 위치에서 튜브의 길이를 따른 거리범위에 해당하는 클램핑 방향의 범위와 같은 이동범위를 갖는 캠트랙내 이동가능 캠 섹션을 포함하며, 이에 따라 캠섹션의 위치가 클램핑 및 봉함기계의 방향을 조절하도록 조정될 수 있고, 선택된 캠섹션 위치에 상응하는 튜브를 따라 선택된 관련 위치에서 폐쇄되어지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  17. 제3항에 있어서, 전술한 체적 조정수단이 연장된 위치와 수축된 위치를 가지는 플레이트, 그리고 플레이트를 연장된 위치로 이동시키며, 튜브가 가로로 클램핑되어지는 때가지 플레이트를 연장된 채로 유지시키기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  18. 제3항에 있어서, 체적조정수단이 플랜지를 포함하며, 전설한 플랜지가 다수의 핑거를 포함하고, 튜브가 가로로 클램핑되어지는 때까지 선택된 경계위치에서 플랜지가 튜브와 접촉하도록 이동시키기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  19. 제4항에 있어서, 클램핑 및 봉함기계의 방향을 조정하기 위한 전술한 수단이 제1축 주변에서 원통형 바퀴내에 클램핑 및 봉함기계 각각을 장착시키기 위한 수단으로 클램핑 및 봉함기계가 공칭의 각도방향을 갖고, 봉함기계 평면이 공칭의 각도에서 가로로 클램핑 된 튜브를 통하여 제1축과 회전하는 바퀴축을 통과하는 평면으로 통과되도록 한 수단, 크램핑 및 봉함기계 각각에 고정된 레버아암, 각 레버아암의 단부에 고정되며 제1 캠홈내에서 이동하도록 적용되어 클램핑 및 봉함기계 각각에 대하여 제1축에 관계가 있는 제1캠공이의 위치가 제1캠홈 배치에 의해 결정되는 바와 같이 클램핑 및 봉함기계의 각도방향을 결정하도록 된 제1캠공이를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 앞선 봉함기계가 지연된 방향으로 되고 뒤따르는 봉함기계가 전진된 방향으로 되는 때 가로로 클램핑된 튜브섹션이 플랜지에 의해 경계가 되는 구조로 미리 형성되도록 클램핑 및 봉함기계가 다수의 플랜지를 더욱더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  21. 형성, 채우기, 봉함기계에서 사용하기 위해 채워진 폴리포일재의 전진튜브로부터 다수의 밀봉된 패키지를 형성시키기 위한 방법에 있어서, 생산물로 채워진 폴리포일 튜브를 전진시키고, 한 구조물을 회전시키며, 전술한 구조물이 구조물 원둘레주변에 간격을 두고 떨어져 놓인 다수의 클램핑 및 봉함기계를 갖고, 클램핑 및 봉함기계 각각이 봉함턱 또는 모루턱중 하나가 튜브에 대하여 가로로 구조물상에 장착되도록 회전가능하게 함께 연결된 봉함턱과 모루턱을 포함하며, 클램핑 및 봉함기계 각각이 개방위치와 폐쇄위치를 갖고 폐쇄된 위치가 튜브주변에서 가로로 평행하게 클램핑된 모루턱과 봉함턱을 가지며, 사전에 결정된 위치에서 클램핑 및 봉함기계를 폐쇄시키어 봉함기계 각각이 클림핑된 패키지를 형성시키기 위해 사전에 결정된 위치를 통과하는 때 봉함기계의 모루턱과 봉함턱 사이에서 튜브가 가로로 클램핑되어지도록 하고, 시일과 밀봉된 패키지를 형성시키기 위해 클램핑 된 부분에서 가로로 클램핑된 튜브를 밀봉하여 클램핑된 시일부분을 통하여 튜브를 절단시키고, 그리고 밀봉된 패키지를 인접한 클램핑 및 봉함기계로부터 연장된 다수의 플랜지를 향하여 압축시키어 밀봉된 패키지를 사전에 형성시키도록 하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.

  23. 제22항에 있어서, 클램핑된 패키지 각각에서의 생산물 체적이 실질적으로 같아지도록 봉함기계 각각이 폐쇄되는 때 튜브의 구조를 조정시킴으로써, 그리고 패키지 각각에서의 관련된 생산물 체적을 조정하기 위해 사전에 결정된 위치에서 폐쇄되는 때 클램핑 및 봉함기계의 각도방향을 배치시킴으로써 클램핑되어질 튜브내 생산물의 체적을 조정하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 생산물의 체적을 조정함이 클램핑 및 봉함기계 각각이 폐쇄된 곳 아래, 앞서 폐쇄된 클램핑 및 봉함기계 위의 위치에서 튜브를 한 부재에 접촉시킴과 튜브를 동시에 튜브의 대향측면을 접촉하는 한 쌍의 대향 핑거에 접촉시킴을 포함하며, 전술한 핑거가 왕복운동함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  25. 제23항에 있어서, 생산물의 체적을 조정함이, 튜브를 제1의 경계표면과 접촉시키고, 대향 측면상의 튜브를 제2의 경계 표면과 접촉시키고, 제1 및 제2경계표면이 사전에 결정된 튜브구조를 제공하여 튜브내 생산물의 체적을 조정하도록 하며 그리고 튜브가 사전에 결정된 튜브구조를 가지므로써 튜브내 클램핑된 생산물의 체적을 고정시키기 위해 튜브를 가로로 클램핑하도록 한 후에 봉함기계를 폐쇄시키도록 하는 방법.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 봉함기계 각각이 봉함턱 또는 모루턱중 어느 하나위에 제1의 경계표면을 가지며 봉함턱 또는 모루턱 중 다른 하나위에 제2의 경계표면을 갖고, 튜브를 접촉시킴이 튜브를 봉함기계의 봉함턱 또는 모루턱중 하나위의 제1경계표면에 접촉시키며, 전술한 제1경계표면이 그 턱으로부터 연장된 플랜지를 더욱더 포함하고, 그리고 튜브를 인접한 봉함기계위의 제2경계표면과 접촉시키며, 진술한 제2경계표면이 연장가능 플레이트와 튜브에 접촉하기 위해 연장된 플레이트를 연장 및 유지시키기 위한 수단을 더욱더 포함하고 이때 한 봉함기계가 튜브를 가로로 클램핑하며 인접한 봉함기계가 이미 클램핑되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.

  29. 제22항에 있어서, 클램핑 및 봉함기계 각각의 방향이, 각 기계에 레버아암과 제1캠공이를 제공하고, 제1캠경로와 관계가 있는 제1캠공이의 위치에 의해 기계의 방향을 조정하기 위해 제1캠공이 각각을 제1캠트랙을 통하여 통과시키며, 제1캠섹션, 사전 결정된 클램핑 및 봉함기계방향과 상응하는 캠섹션의 위치 그리고 전진튜브를 따라 사전 결정된 클램핑위치를 제공하며, 플램핑 및 봉함기계가 폐쇄되는 때 전술한 클램핑 위치가 클램핑된 생산물의 체적과 상응하고, 그리고 이동가능 캠섹션을 제1캠내 사전 결정된 선택위치로 이동시키므로써 바람직한 방향, 클램핑한 위치, 그리고 클램핑된 튜브내 생산물의 양을 선택함에 의해 조정됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
