Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はプラスチックフィルムの如く、熱可塑性を持っ
長尺の帯状包装紙へその長手方向に沿い等間隔毎に菓子
片の如き被包装物を包入し、これを熱封緘により連続的
に包装する形式の熱封緘包装装置の改良に関する。
現在一般にこの種の熱封緘包装に使用されている包装材
料はその殆どが石油化学製品であって、コストが安価で
ある代りに加熱溶着性が悪く急激な包装紙の加熱によっ
ては充分これを溶着させることができないので在来は包
装装置の低速運転によってこれを溶着させなげればなら
なかった。
本発明の目的は高速運転による包装紙の完全な溶着を可
能ならしめ包装作業能率を向上させることができるこの
種の熱封緘包装装置を提供するにあって、この構成を図
示の実施例について詳細に説明すれば次のとおりである
包装すべき菓子片aは供給部1から給送樋2内へ1個宛
落下して、給送樋2内を無端鎖帯3に伴われて進行せる
押送杆4により等間隔毎に前方へ送られる。
またリール5から引出されて給送樋2の下側を前進する
包装紙すは給送樋の終端から、左右に対向せる巻曲樋6
,6内に這入って順次巻曲され、その際給送樋2の終端
から押送杆4が送り出す菓子片aを1個宛等間隔毎に包
み込むとともに、この巻曲包装紙の両側端縁の合着部C
をその進路の両側で対向的に回転せる一対の繰出円板7
.7間に挟入することによって、リー)115の包装紙
すは連続的に引出される。
この繰出円板7゜7は弾機8によってその回転円筒を互
いに密接させ、また左右に対向せる巻曲樋6,6はその
一方を取付部材9に固定し他方は板バネ10により支え
て巻曲包装紙内の菓子片aを包装紙すの外部から挟着さ
せ、等間隔毎に包入された菓子片aの間隔が摺れないよ
うにしである、かくして繰出円板7.7から構成される
包装紙すの合着部Cは、電熱器を内蔵して対向的に回転
せる左右一対の溶着円板11.11間に導かれて加熱醇
着されるのであるが、その進路の途中には合着部Cを両
側面から挾むようにして、棒状の電熱器12を内蔵せる
2本の角材13.13を設置し、合着部Cを包装紙すの
特性に合った適当な湿度で予熱させる、この角材13,
13は取付部14に固定され進行する包装紙の妨げにな
らない出来るだけ狭い間隙を保つように締着螺子15で
取付枠16に締着しである、また筒状に巻曲された包装
紙すの進路の下側にはスポンジ状のコンベアベルト17
をコンベアローラ18,19間に張架して設置し、この
ベルト17を包装紙と同方向へ包装紙より少し速い速度
で進行させて、包装紙すの進行を補うとともに菓子片a
を包入せる筒状包装紙の進行を誘導せしめるべくその合
着部Cの通過位置で左右に分離し、かつその一部を連結
金具21で連結して半円筒形とした案内樋20を設置し
て、包装紙内に包入された菓子片の位置の摺れを防止さ
せである。
しかして溶着円板11.11により合着部Cを加熱醇着
して前方に送り出される筒状の包装紙すは案内樋20の
終端部に固定された案内片22によってその合着部Cを
水平方向に倒された後、コンベアベルト17とこれに対
向して進行する如くローラ23,24間に張架された挟
着ベルト25間へ内包菓子片aと共に挟入されて前方に
移送される。
次に前記ベル)17.25間から送出される筒状包装紙
すの進路には、円軌道に沿って包装紙の進行方向へ等間
隔に同行する途上で包装紙すの内包菓子a、a間の筒状
部を順次一対の挟持爪26゜27間に挾持して包装紙す
を引出す挟持部材28を回転円周へ等間隔毎に配列装着
してなる回転円板29を設置する。
しかして挾持部材28はその回転円周上における配列間
隔を増減調節するために回転円板29に設けた長孔30
VcRし、円板の半径方向へ摺動自在に嵌合して、締着
板31を介し、ボルト32でこれを回転円板に締着固定
させ、その前端部に前記挟持爪26を固定し、かつ挟持
爪27を起伏自在に軸支して、挟持部材の中心部に貫通
した作動杆33の先端のラック34を挟持爪27の基部
の扇形南軍35に噛合させ、作動杆33に装着した弾機
36により挟持爪27を常時閉じる方向に付勢せしめる
とともに作動杆33は面カム37の始端部37aで弾機
36に抗し、押出されて挟持爪27を開き同じく終端部
37bで弾機36Vcより後退して挟持爪27を閉じる
ようしてあり、この挟持爪27には電熱器38を内蔵さ
せである。
即ち菓子片aを等間隔毎に内包してベルH7,25間か
ら構成される包装紙すはその内包菓子片aya間を挟持
爪26,27により、面カム37の終端部37bの位置
で挾持されて進行し、始端部37aの位置でその挟持を
開放されるがその間挟持爪27の内蔵せる電熱器38V
cより前記包装紙すの挟着部は包装紙の特性に合った適
当な温度で予熱されるのである。
なお挟持部材28は前記の如く長孔30に沿って、締着
位置を移動調節できるから回転円板29面におけるその
配列円周の大きさを変更することにより隣接挟持部材間
の間隔を変えて挟持爪26.27による包装紙の挾持間
隔を任意の寸法に適応させることができる。
次に挟持爪26.27による挟持を開放された包装紙す
とその内包菓子片aは挟持開放部でこれを受取って搬送
するようにローラ39,40間へ張架したスポンジ状の
コンベアベルト41上に乗り、このベルト41とこれに
対向して同方向に進行せるスポンジ状の挟着ベルト42
との間に挾まれて上下一対の回転ブロック43.43間
に送り込まれる、この回転ブロック43.43は個々の
包入菓子片間で包装紙を加熱溶着して切離すようにした
公知の装置であって、電熱器44を内蔵し、その加熱挟
着面45に截切@46を持っており、ベル)4L 42
間から送り込まれた菓子片aを包入せる包装紙すは、前
記挟持爪26.27間で予熱された内包菓子片間の中間
部dを加熱挟着面45.45間で第14図Fに示す如く
熱溶着され同時にこの溶着部が截切@46により切断さ
れて第14図Gに示す如く個々の菓子片の熱封緘包装が
完了するのである。
なお挟着ベルト42はローラ47,48間に張架されロ
ーラ48は軸49の支持腕50によって取付軸51を中
心に円弧状に移動する如く弾機52で牽引されており、
また回転ブロック43,43は前記回転円板29上にお
ける挾持部材28の配列間隔の大小に伴い截切歯46が
包装紙すを個別に切離す寸法を変化させるものであり、
回転ブロックの原動軸53の軸端に取付けられたクラン
ク@54のクランク量を変えることによりブロック43
,43が揺動回転し同調させるものである。
本発明は上記したように菓子片を包入した包装紙の両側
端縁の合着部が加熱転子間で熱溶着される直前の進路の
両側にはこの合着部を包装紙の特性に合った温度で予熱
成形することができる加熱部材を進路に沿って設置する
とともに前記加熱転子間を通過した包装紙の進路には循
環軌道に沿って等間隔毎に進行する途上で包装紙の内包
菓子片間の筒状部を順次挾持して包装紙を引出しつつ回
行した後、軌道上の所定位置でその挟持を開放してこれ
を回転ブロックの加熱挟着面間に導くようにした一部の
挟持部材を配置して、この挟持部材へ挟持部の包装紙を
適度の温度で予熱成形することができる加熱用の熱源体
を装着したものであるから熱封緘すべき包装紙の部分は
これが加熱溶着部を通過する時点で迅速な加熱溶着が可
能な状態に予熱成形されており従って装置を高速運転し
ても確実な熱封緘を行なわせることができて作業能率を
向上させることが可能になったものである。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 1 長尺帯状の熱可塑性包装紙を、リールから連続的に
    引出しつつ、その進行途上でこれを筒状に巻曲して内側
    へ等間隔毎に菓子片を包入し、この包装紙筒の巻曲端縁
    な互いに合着して熱溶着した後前後の包人間子片間の包
    装紙筒の中空部を扁平状に合着して熱溶着するものにお
    いて、菓子片包人後の包装紙筒の進路へ、前記巻曲端縁
    の合着部を挟着して対向的に回転しつつ、これを熱溶着
    せしめるようにした一対の回転加熱転子と、この加熱転
    子間に挟入される直前の前記合着部の進路に沿って、そ
    の両側に位置し、包装紙の特性に合った7M[で合着部
    の包装紙を予熱せしめるようにした一対の加熱部材とを
    設置し、その下流には前記回転加熱転子間から出た包装
    紙筒を、前後の包入菓子間の中空筒部で順次挾持して引
    出しつつ、循環軌道上を等間隔毎に同行した後軌道上の
    所定位置で、その挾持を開放せしめるようにした一群の
    挾持部材を配設して、この挟持部材に、挾持部の包装紙
    を適当な温度に予熱しうる加熱用の熱源体を装備すると
    ともに、更にその下流へ、前記挾持部材の挟持を開放さ
    れた包装紙筒の進路上で、進路を距でて間歇的に会合す
    る加熱挟着面により包装紙筒の包入菓子片間の中空部を
    順次挟着してこれを熱溶着せしめるようにした一対の回
    転ブロックを設置してなることを特徴とする熱封緘包装
    装置。
