Claims (6)

  1. 주축대에 회전이 자유롭게 지지된 제1의 슬리브와, 그 제1의 슬리브와 일체로 회전되는 동시에 축방향으로 슬라이드 이동가능하게 지지된 제2의 슬리브와, 그 제2의 슬리브의 선단에 고정된 선회암과, 그 선회암에 설치된 공구파지클릭 및 그 개폐기구를 가지며, 선회암의 선회 및 축방향의 이동에 의하여 주축과 공구매거진과의 사이에서 공구를 교환하는 공구교환장치이며, 주축대에 회전이, 자유롭게 지지되고 모터에의해 회전구동 되는 구동축과, 상기 구동축의 회전에 의하여 작동되는 제 1의 캠에 따라서 동작하여 상기 슬리브를 회전시키고, 그 회전위치를 규제하는 캠인덱스기구와, 상기 구동축의 회전에 의하여 작동되는 제2의 캠에 따라서 동작하여 상기 제2의 슬리브를 축방향으로 왕복동시키고, 그 축방향 위치를 규제하는 축 이송기구와 상기 구동축의 회전에 의하여 작동되는 제3의 캠에 따라서 동작하여 상기 공구파지클릭의 개폐기구를 구동하고, 공구파지클릭을 개폐하는 파지클릭 구동기구와, 상기 구동축의 회전에 의하여 작동되는 제4의 캠에 따라서 동작하여 주축의 공구착탈장치를 구동하고, 공구를 클램프 또는 언클램프상태로 하는 공구착탈장치 구동기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공구교환장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 내지 제4의 각 캠의 캠 윤곽이 상기 구동축의 1회전에 의해 1회의 공구 교환동작을 하도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구교환장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 캠은 상기 구동축에 설치된 복합캠이고, 상기 캠인덱스기구는 패럴렐캠으로 이루어지며, 그 종절(從節)롤러를 포함하는 종동자(從動子)가 상기 제1의 슬리브에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구교환장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 캠은 상기 구동축에 설치된 제1의 원통홈 캠이고, 상기 축 이송 기구는 상기 원통홈 캠에 따라서 동작하여 요동되는 요동레버에 설치된 접촉자가 상기 제2의 슬리브 외주에 형성된 홈부에 걸어맞추어서 이루어진 기구인 것을 특징으로 하는 공구교환장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3의 캠은 상기 구동축에 설치된 평면홈 캠이고, 상기 파지클릭 구동기구는 상기 주축대에 회전이 자유롭게 지지되며 상기 제2의 슬리이브 내에 선단부가 끼워진 회전롯과, 그 회전롯의 선단부에 설치되어 상기 제2의 슬리브의 축방향 위치가 후퇴끝부에 위치 했을 때에 상기 파지클릭 구동기구의 구동부에 걸어맞출 수 있는 걸어맞춤부재와, 상기 회전롯의 후단부에 설치된 피니온과, 그 피니온에 걸어맞추고 상기 평면홈 캠에 따라서 동작하여 왕복동되는 랙을 구비한 기구인 것을 특징으로 하는 공구교환장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4의 캠은 상기 구동축에 설치된 제2의 원통홈 캠이고, 상기 공구착탈장치 구동기구는 주축의 공구 착탈장치의 드로바에 연결되어 주축의 측면에 돌출할 핀을 상기 제2의 원통홈 캠에 따라서 동작하여 누를 수 있는 요동부재를 구비한 기구인 것을 특징으로 하는 공구교환장치.
