Description

具主軸頂刀量提讓功能之自動刀具交換裝置
本發明係與自動刀具交換裝置有關,更詳而言之乃係指一種可精準扣住刀具,並於主軸過行程頂刀時自動產生提讓動作,以避免主軸過行程打刀時造成損壞之自動刀具交換裝置。
習用的CNC綜合切削工具機大多設有刀具庫以及自動刀具交換裝置,俾以於加工過程中因應加工耗損或加工需求之不同,以一交換刀臂自動將刀具庫內所存放之刀具與工具機主軸上之加工刀具交換,以達到自動化及加速加工流程之目的。
然而,如圖6及圖7所示,一般工具機主軸上之刀具係利用刀具拉桿及瓣爪等裝置,拉緊固定於工具機主軸之錐度孔內,加工過程中刀具會因主軸轉動或切削累積熱量、造成溫度上升,而易使刀具之刀把座與錐度孔過度卡緊,因此當交換刀臂欲將刀具拔出時,該工具機主軸之刀具拉桿除向外推出至瓣爪鬆放刀把座之位置外,常得需要增加額外行程以撞擊刀把座,使刀把座與錐度孔分離,俾利交換刀臂順利將刀具拔出。
然而,交換刀臂為能準確與刀具扣合,一般需要使交換刀臂保持於正確的水平高度處轉動扣刀,其活動裕度相當小。因此,當刀具拉桿撞擊刀把座時,交換刀臂因固定於扣刀之水平高度處不動,而使得交換刀臂必須承受撞擊力道,而使交換刀臂容易產生彎曲變形問題。或者是因為撞擊力道集中於刀具拉桿與刀把座接觸位置處,同時衍生刀具拉桿與刀把座毀損之問題。
本發明為解決上述習用產生之缺失與不便之處,提出一種具主軸頂刀量提讓功能之自動刀具交換裝置的方案,該方案於平板凸輪之驅動環槽進一步凹設有一提讓凹槽,使驅動環槽於提讓凹槽處具有較大寬度,俾使得交換刀臂可產生軸向滑移裕度,以作為主軸頂刀量提讓作用。俾於工具機主軸過行程頂刀時,自動使交換刀臂產生提讓動作,具有防止工具機主軸與刀具碰撞毀損或交換刀臂彎曲變形問題之優點。
本發明係提供一種具主軸頂刀量提讓功能之自動刀具交換裝置,包含:一刀臂座,其內設有一刀臂心軸,俾使該刀臂心軸可於刀臂座內產生旋向轉動及軸向滑移,且該刀臂心軸之一端係突露於刀臂座外,以供設置一交換刀臂;一平板凸輪,其係以一轉動軸心可旋轉地軸設於該刀臂座內,其上並凹設有一驅動環槽,且該驅動環槽係由一扣刀段、一第一升降段、一拔刀段及一第二升降段所依序組成; 一驅動臂,其兩端分別為一軸設於刀臂座內之轉動端及一驅動端,該轉動端及驅動端間設有一可於驅動環槽內移動之滾動件,且該驅動端係連接於該刀臂心軸處,俾使得該平板凸輪轉動時,驅動臂可沿驅動環槽之形狀變化,帶動該刀臂心軸產生軸向滑移;其中,該驅動環槽之扣刀段處係設有一提讓凹槽,藉此,該驅動環槽於提讓凹槽處具有較大寬度,俾使得交換刀臂可產生軸向滑移裕度,以作為主軸頂刀量提讓作用。
本發明之主要目的在於:該提讓凹槽可使驅動環槽於提讓凹槽處具有較大寬度,俾使得交換刀臂具有可產生軸向滑移裕度之空間。當工具機主軸過行程頂刀時,可自動使交換刀臂產生提讓動作,具有防止工具機主軸與刀具碰撞毀損,或交換刀臂彎曲變形問題之優點。
本發明之次要目的在於:該第一升降段、拔刀段及第二升降段之徑向寬度係約略等於該滾動件之尺寸,當滾動件於扣刀段滑移時,可使交換刀臂精準地保持於同一水平高度,俾使得交換刀臂轉動扣刀時,可準確地與刀具對準扣合。

為便於說明本發明於上述發明內容一欄中所表示的中心思想,茲以具體實施例表達。實施例中各種不同物件係按適於說明之比例、尺寸、變形量或位移量而描繪,而非按實際元件的比例予以繪製,合先敘明。且以下的說明中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
如圖1~圖3所示,本發明係為一種具主軸頂刀量提讓功能之自動刀具交換裝置,包含:一刀臂座10,其內設有一刀臂心軸11,俾使該刀臂心軸11可於刀臂座10內產生旋向轉動及軸向滑移,且該刀臂心軸11之一端係突露於刀臂座10外,以供設置一交換刀臂12;其中,該交換刀臂12之兩端各設有一扣刀裝置13。再者,該刀臂心軸11係可直接或間接與一動力源連接,以驅動該刀臂心軸11旋向轉動。
一平板凸輪20,其係以一轉動軸心21可旋轉地軸設於該刀臂座10內,其上並凹設有一驅動環槽22,且該驅動環槽22係由一扣刀段23、一第一升降段24、一拔刀段25及一第二升降段26所依序組成,並於該驅動環槽22之扣刀段23處係設有一提讓凹槽27;其中,該驅動環槽22係具有一內壁面221及一外壁面222,而該提讓凹槽27係設於扣刀段23之外壁面222處,並於該提讓凹槽27之 兩端係各設有一斜面271。再者,該提讓凹槽27係設於扣刀段23與第一升降段24鄰接處。
一驅動臂30,其兩端分別為一軸設於刀臂座10內之轉動端31及一驅動端32,該轉動端31及驅動端32間設有一可於驅動環槽22內移動之滾動件33,且該驅動端32係連接於該刀臂心軸11處,其中,該刀臂心軸11上設有一環槽111,該環槽111係可供驅動臂30之驅動端32可滑動地接合於其內。俾使得該平板凸輪20轉動時,滾動件33可沿驅動環槽22之形狀變化,驅動驅動臂30以轉動端31為軸心,使驅動臂30上下擺動,以使驅動端32帶動該刀臂心軸11產生軸向滑移。
其中,該扣刀段23與拔刀段25係為一圓弧段,該扣刀段23與轉動軸心21之徑向尺寸係小於拔刀段25與轉動軸心21之徑向尺寸。且該第一升降段24與第二升降段26上各點至轉動軸心21之徑向尺寸係大於扣刀段23與轉動軸心21之徑向尺寸,而小於拔刀段25與轉動軸心21之徑向尺寸。其中,該第一升降段24、拔刀段25及第二升降段26之徑向寬度係等於該滾動件33。
而上述之自動刀具交換裝置,如圖1及圖2所示,其係設置於至少一刀具庫40及一工具機主軸50間,該刀具庫40內可供收藏有複數具有刀把座61之刀具60,且該刀把座61具有一可供扣刀裝置13扣合之刀槽62。而該工具機主軸50內如圖6所示,係於一軸孔51內設有一拉刀桿52,該拉刀桿52端部係可以瓣爪座53及瓣爪54,或其他習知的固定裝置,將一刀具60’之刀把座61’拉緊,以定位於軸孔51端部之一錐度孔511內,以使得該工具機主軸50可帶動刀具60’轉動以進行切削、鑽孔等加工作業。
明瞭上述本案詳細結構後,以下係針對本案之動作原理逐一詳細說明:如圖3~圖5所示,當該平板凸輪20轉動時,該滾動件33可沿驅動環槽22之形狀變化,驅動驅動臂30以轉動端31為軸心,使驅動臂30上下擺動,連帶使驅動端32於環槽111動作,以帶動該刀臂心軸11產生軸向滑移。其中,由於該扣刀段23與轉動軸心21之徑向尺寸係小於拔刀段25與轉動軸心21之徑向尺寸。且該第一升降段24與第二升降段26上各點至轉動軸心21之徑向尺寸係大於扣刀段23與轉動軸心21之徑向尺寸,而小於拔刀段25與轉動軸心21之徑向尺寸。因此,當滾動件33位於扣刀段23時該交換刀臂12位於第一高度,當滾動件33位於拔刀段25時該交換刀臂12位於第二高度,其中,該第一高度係高於第二高度,而該滾動件33位於第一升降段24或第二升降段26時,則使交換刀臂12於第一高度及第二高度間位移。
搭配該刀臂心軸11之旋向轉動動作,俾使得該交換刀臂12可自預備位置(如圖1)於第一高度旋向轉動,此時,滾動件33係位於扣刀段23,以使交換刀臂12兩端之扣刀裝置13扣合於刀具庫40及工具機主軸50處刀具60、60’之刀槽62、62’內。接著,隨著平板凸輪20之轉動,滾動件33由第一升降段24往拔刀段25位移,使交換刀臂12自第一高度往第二高度下降,而使刀具60、60’與刀具庫40及工具機主軸50脫出,而完成拔刀動作。
再者,刀臂心軸11之旋向轉動使原位於刀具庫40及工具機主軸50處刀具60、60’相互交換位置後,滾動件33由第二升降段26往扣刀段23位移,使刀具60、60’進入工具機主軸50與刀具庫40內固定,且扣刀裝置13鬆放刀具60、60’後,交換刀臂12反向旋向轉動回預備位置後,即完成自動換刀動作。
其中,如圖6及圖7所示,當工具機主軸50內之刀具60’欲退出時,拉刀桿52除位移至瓣爪54鬆放之位置外,為使刀把座61’可順利退出錐度孔511,該拉刀桿52會增加一位移行程h’,使瓣爪座53撞擊刀把座61而使其與錐度孔511分離(如圖7所示)。
而此時如圖7所示,由於提讓凹槽27可使驅動環槽22於提讓凹槽27處具有較大寬度,當拉刀桿52過行程撞擊刀把座61時,滾動件33可往側向之提讓凹槽27移動一位移行程h,俾使得刀臂心軸11產生軸向裕度滑移,以自動使交換刀臂12產生提讓動作,除可防止拉刀桿52與刀具61’碰撞毀損,更可避免交換刀臂12因受力而產生彎曲變形問題。
再加上,該第一升降段24、拔刀段25及第二升降段26之徑向寬度係約略等於該滾動件33之尺寸,當滾動件33於驅動環槽22內滑移時,可使交換刀臂12精準地控制於正確的高度。而由於該提讓凹槽27係設於扣刀段23與第一升降段24鄰接處,且其長度係佔扣刀段23總長度的五分之四跨越交換刀臂12扣刀之時點,並涵蓋了拉刀桿52過行程撞擊刀把座61時點。當交換刀臂12轉動扣刀時,滾動件33係位於扣刀段23開頭徑向寬度與滾動件33尺寸一致處,俾可使交換刀臂12精準確地保持於正確高度,與刀具60之刀槽62對準扣合。而當滾動件33進入到提讓凹槽27處時,就能使交換刀臂12有容許軸向移動之提讓空間。而工具機主軸50開始進行鬆刀、頂刀動作,拉刀桿52過行程撞擊刀把座61時,交換刀臂12與刀具61’受推動一位移行程h’,防止交換刀臂12彎曲變形,而使交換刀臂12具自動提讓功能。
藉此,本發明除了可具有自動提讓功能防止拉刀桿52與刀具61’碰撞毀損、避免交換刀臂12彎曲變形外,同時可保持交換刀臂12之扣刀精度,不會影響正常的交換刀具功能及精度。
由以上詳細說明,可使熟知本項技藝者明瞭本發明確實與習用之技術截然不同,具有相當之新穎性。且本發明具有習用設計所無法預期的功效,實已符合專利核准之積極要件,爰依法提出專利申請。
雖本發明是以一較佳實施例作說明,但精於此技藝者能在不脫離本發明精神與範疇下作各種不同形式的改變。以上所舉實施例僅用以說明本發明而已,非用以限制本發明之範圍。舉凡不違本發明精神所從事的種種修改或變化,俱屬本發明意欲保護之範疇。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種具主軸頂刀量提讓功能之自動刀具交換裝置,包含:一刀臂座,其內設有一刀臂心軸,俾使該刀臂心軸可於刀臂座內產生旋向轉動及軸向滑移,且該刀臂心軸之一端係突露於刀臂座外,以供設置一交換刀臂;一平板凸輪,其係以一轉動軸心可旋轉地軸設於該刀臂座內,其上並凹設有一驅動環槽,且該驅動環槽係由一扣刀段、一第一升降段、一拔刀段及一第二升降段所依序組成;一驅動臂,其兩端分別為一軸設於刀臂座內之轉動端及一驅動端,該轉動端及驅動端間設有一可於驅動環槽內移動之滾動件,且該驅動端係連接於該刀臂心軸處,俾使得該平板凸輪轉動時,驅動臂可沿驅動環槽之形狀變化,帶動該刀臂心軸產生軸向滑移;其中,該驅動環槽之扣刀段處係設有一提讓凹槽,藉此,該驅動環槽於提讓凹槽處具有較大寬度,俾使得交換刀臂可產生軸向滑移裕度,以作為主軸頂刀量提讓作用。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具主軸頂刀量提讓功能之自動刀具交換裝置,其中,該驅動環槽具有一內壁面及一外壁面,該提讓凹槽係設於扣刀段之外壁面處。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之具主軸頂刀量提讓功能之自動刀具交換裝置,其中,該提讓凹槽係設於扣刀段與第一升降段鄰接處。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之具主軸頂刀量提讓功能之自動刀具交換裝置,其中,該提讓凹槽之兩端係各設有一斜面。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之具主軸頂刀量提讓功能之自動刀具交換裝置,其中,該扣刀段與拔刀段係為一圓弧段。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之具主軸頂刀量提讓功能之自動刀具交換裝置,其中,該扣刀段與轉動軸心之徑向尺寸係小於拔刀段與轉動軸心之徑向尺寸。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之具主軸頂刀量提讓功能之自動刀具交換裝置,其中,該第一升降段與第二升降段上各點至轉動軸心之徑向尺寸係大於扣刀段與轉動軸心之徑向尺寸,而小於拔刀段與轉動軸心之徑向尺寸。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具主軸頂刀量提讓功能之自動刀具交換裝置,其中,該第一升降段、拔刀段及第二升降段之徑向寬度係等於該滾動件。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具主軸頂刀量提讓功能之自動刀具交換裝置,其中,該刀臂心軸上設有一環槽,該環槽係可供驅動臂之驅動端可滑動地接合於其內。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具主軸頂刀量提讓功能之自動刀具交換裝置,其中,該交換刀臂之兩端各設有一扣刀裝置。
