제3도는 제 1도의 시스템에서 사용된 선택기 회로의 블록도.

Claims (7)

  1. 라스터 주사 디스플레이 소자를 구동하는 디지탈디스플레이 시스템에 있어서, (가) 상기 디스플레이 소자상에서 연관된 화소의 위치에 일치하는 위치에서 화소 데이타를 저장하는 갱생저장부와 : 나) 제 1클럭 주파수에서 상기 갱생 저 장부로부터 연속 화소 데이타군을 판독하는 수단과 : 다) 디스플레이 소자를 위해 상기 데이타군을 화소 구동 신호군으로 변환하는 수단 및 : 라)각 데이타군이 상기 제 1클럭주파수에서 디스플레이 소자에전달된 각각의 화소 구동 신호군으로 변환되는 제 1모드와, 2n(n이 양의 정수) 연속 데이타군이 결합되어 상기 클럭 주파수의 n번째 부고조파에서 디스플레이 소자에 전달된 각각의 화소 구동 신호군을 발생하는 제 2모드 사이에서 변환하는 상기 수단을 스위칭하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 디스플레이 시스템.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, n이 1이고, 상기 변환 수단이 화소 데이타군을 수신하기 위해 결합된 제 1게이트 수단과, 상기 제 1게이트 수단의 출력을 수신하기 위해 결합된 제 2게이트 수단 및, 상기 제 1및 제 2게이트 수단의 출력에 결합되어 상기 제 1모드에서는 단지 상기 제 2게이트 수단의 출력만을 송신하고 상기 제 2모드에서는 상기 제 1및 제 2게이트 수단의 출력을 결합하는 결합수단을 포함하고, 상기 제 1및 제 2게이트 수단이 상기 제 1클럭 주파수에서 클럭되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 디스플레이 시스템.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 결합 수단으로부터 출력을 수신하기 위해 결합되고, 상기제 1모드에서는 상기 제 1클럭 주파수에서 상기 제 2모드에서는 상기 제 1클럭 주파수의 절반 주파수에서 클럭되는 제 3게이트 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈디스플레이 시스템.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 제 3게이트 수단으로부터 출력을 수신하기 위하여 결합되어, 상기 디스플레이 소자를 위해 디지탈 구동신호를 발생하는 칼라 순람표 시스템을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 디스플레이 시스템 .
  5. 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 갱생 저장부로부터 인출된 연속 화소 데이타군을 수신하기 위해 결합된 팔레트 레지스터 시스템을 포함하며, 상기 팔레트 레지스터 시스템에 응답하여 상기 제 1게이트 수단을 위해 상기 화소 데이타군을 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 디스플레이 시스템.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 갱생 메모리가 다수의 칼라 플레인을 구비하고, 유사한 다수의 병렬의 연속 변환기를 포함하며, 각각 메모리로부터 데이타 바이트를수신하며, 각각 상기 팔레트 레지스터 시스템에 결합된 직렬 출력을 가져 상기 팔레트 레지스터 시스템이 직병렬 변환기의 수에 일치하는 비트폭을 갖는 데이타군을 수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 디스플레이 시스템.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 갱생 저장부가 네개의 칼라 플레인을 구비하고, 갱생저장부와 병렬의 연속 변환기 사이에 결합된 선택기 시스템을 포함하고, 상기 선택기 시스템이 갱생 저장부 플레인으로부터 판독된 데이타의 각 바이트가 플레인에 연관된 병렬의 연속 변환기에 결합되는 제 1모드와, 저장부 플레인으로부터 판독된 각 바이트로부터 비트쌍이 병렬의 연속 변환기에서 연관된 위치쌍으로 나아가는 제 2모드로 스위칭하는 상기 스위칭 수단에 결합되어, 각각의 병렬의 연속 변환기가 갱생 저장부의 각 플레인으로부터 2비트를 수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 디스플레이 시스템.
