Claims (13)

  1. 차량에 탑재된 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치에 있어서,
    상기 엔진에 장착된 터보챠저의 회전축에 설치된 제 1 의 회전전기,
    상기 엔진의 배기계에 배설된 배기 터빈의 회전축에 설치된 발전기로서의 제 2 의 회전전기,
    상기 차량의 차축에 설치된 제 3 의 회전전기,
    상기 제 1, 제 2, 제 3의 회전전기에 의하여 발전된 전력을 축전하는 바테리,
    상기 엔진의 회전수를 검출하는 수단,
    상기 엔진의 부하를 검출하는 수단,
    상기 엔진의 부스트압을 검출하는 수단,
    상기 엔진의 회전수와 부하 및 부스트압에 따라서, 상기 제 1, 제 2, 제 3 의 회전전기를 구동제어하는 제어장치를 포함하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는, 상기 엔진의 아이들링시에, 상기 제 1 의 회전전기를 발전기로서 구동제어하는 수단과, 상기 제 2 의 회전전기를 구동제어하는 수단과, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 의 회전전기에 의하여 발전한 전력을 상기 바테리에 충전하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 의 회전전기를 발전기로서 구동제어하는 수단은, 상기 터보챠저의 터빈의 작동이 최적효율에 의하도록 발전부하를 제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는, 엔진 브레이크시에, 상기 제 1 및 제 3 의 회전전기를 발전기로서 구동제어하는 수단과, 상기 제 2 의 회전전기를 구동제어하는 수단과, 상기 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 의 회전 전기에 의하여 발전한 전력을 상기 바테리에 충전하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는, 상기 엔진의 중부하시에, 상기 바테리의 전력에 의하여 상기 제 1 의 회전전기를 전동기로서 구동제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 의 회전전기를 전동기로서 구동제어하는 수단은, 부스트압에 따라서 제 1 의 회전전기에 공급하는 전력을 제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는, 상기 엔진의 고부하 저회전시에, 상기 바테리의 전력에 의하여 상기 제 1 의 회전전기를 전동기로서 구동제어하는 수단과, 상기 제 2 의 회전전기를 구동제어하는 수단과, 이 제 2 의 회전전기에 의하여 발전된 전력에 의하여 상기 제 3 의 회전전기를 전동기로서 구동제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 의 회전전기를 구동제어하는 수단은, 부스트압에 따라서 제 1 의 회전전기의 공급하는 전력을 제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지의 회수장치.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는, 상기 엔진의 고부하 저회전시에, 부스트압이 소정치 이상인 때, 상기 제 2 의 회전전기에 의하여 발전된 전력에 의하여 상기 제 3 의 회전전기를 전동기로서 구동 제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 의 회전전기를 구동 제어하는 수단은, 상기 배기터빈의 작동이 최적효율로 되도록 발전부하를 제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는, 상기 엔진의 저부하시에, 상기 제 1의 회전전기를 발전기로서 구동 제어하는 수단과, 상기 제 2 의 회전전기를 구동 제어하는 수단과, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 의 회전전기에 의하여 발전된 전력에 의하여 상기 제 3 의 회전전기를 전동기로서 구동 제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 의 회전전기를 발전기로서 구동 제어하는 수단은, 상기 터보챠저의 터빈의 작동이 최적 효율로 되도록 발전부하를 제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 의 회전전기를 구동 제어하는 수단은, 상기 배기터빈의 작동이 최적 효율로 되도록 발전부하를 제어하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 열에너지 회수장치.
