Claims (5)

  1. 반도체 집적회로 장치는, 비교적 적은 수의 제1스위치 소자로 구성되고 제1 입력 신호에 의해서 스위치 제어되는 제1브렌치부와, 비교적 많은 수의 제2스위치 소자로 구성되며, 제2 입력 신호에 의해서 스위치 제어되는 제2브렌치부를 구비한 제1스위치 트리부와, 그리고 비교적 적은 수의 제3스위치 소자로 구성되고 상기 제2입력 신호에 의해서 스위치 제어되는 제3브렌치부와 비교적 많은 수의 제4스위치 소자로 구성되어 상기 제1입력 신호에 의해서 스위치 제어되는 제4브렌치부를 구비한 제2스위치 트리부로 된다.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제1항의 반도체 집적 회로 장치에 있어서, 상기 제1-제4스위치 소자의 각각은 절연 게이트 전계효과 트랜지스터로 된다.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 제2항의 반도체 집적회로 장치에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2입력 신호의 각각은 상보 입력 신호로 된다.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제2항의 반도체 집적회로 장치에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2스위치부의 각각은 제1노오드, 상기 스위치 소자를 거쳐서 상기 제1노오드에 선택적으로 결합되는 다수 개의 제2노오드 및 상기 제2노오드의 각각에 결합된 부하 소자로 된다.
  5. 특허청구의 범위 제4항의 반도체 집적 회로 장치에 있어서, 상기 각 부하 소자는 절연 게이트 전계효과 트랜지스터로 된다.
