Claims (14)
- 제1단계에서는, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아릴사이클로프로필 케톤을 희석제 존재하에서 구조식(Ⅲ)의 디메틸옥소설포늄 메틸라이드와 반응시키고, 제2단게에서는, 생성된 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아릴―사이클로―프로필―옥시란을 희석제 존재하 및 염기 존재하에서 일반식(Ⅴ)의 아졸과 반응시키거나; 일반식(Ⅵ)의 아졸릴케토 화합물을 희석제 존재하에서 구조식(Ⅲ)의 디메틸옥소설포늄 메틸라이드와 반응시키거나; 일반식(Ia)의 아졸릴메틸―티오―사이클로프로필―카비놀 유도체를, 경우에 따라 희석제 존재하에서, 산화제와 반응시키거나; 일반식(Ib)의 하이드록시 화합물을 희석제 존재하에서 강 염기와 반응시키고, 생성된 일반식(Ic)의 알콜레이트를 희석재 존재하여서 일반식(Ⅶ)의 할로겐 화합물과 반응시키고; 경우에 따라 생성된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 산 또는 금속 염과 부가반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 아졸릴메틸―사이클로프로필―카비놀 유도체 및 그의 산부가염 및 금속염 복합체를 제조하는 방법.

- 상기식에서, Ar은 임의로 치환된 아릴 또는 임의로 치환된 헤테로아릴이고; R1은 수소, 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 트리알킬실릴, 임의로 치환된 페닐알킬 또는 아실 래디칼이며; R2는 할로겐, 시아노, 티오시아노, 알킬카보닐옥시, 알킬카보닐티오 또는 그룹 ―X―R3또는 ―NR4R5〔여기에서, R3는 알킬, 사이클로―알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 하이드록시알킬, 알킬티오―알킬―카복시알킬, 알콕시카보닐알킬, 임의로 치환된 아릴, 임의로 치환된 아르알킬 또는 구조식의 래디칼이고, R4및 R5는 서로 독립적으로 수소 또는 알킬이거나, R4및 R5가 그들이 결합된 질소 원자와 함께는 추가의 헤테로원자를 함유할 수 있는 임의로 치환된 환을 나타내며, X는 산소, 황, SO그룹 또는 SO2그룹이다〕이고; R2는 또한, Ar이 임의로 치환된 헤테로아릴인 경우에는 수소를 나타내며; Y는 질소 또는 CH 그룹이고; Z는 염기 래디칼이며; R은 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 트리알킬실릴, 임의로 치환된 페닐알킬 또는 아실 케디칼이고; Hal은 할로겐이다.
- 일반식(Ⅷ)의 아릴 할로게노프로필 케톤을 희석제 존재하 및 염기 존재하에서 일반식(Ⅸ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나, 희석제 존재하 및 염기 존재하에서 직접 가열시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아릴사이클로프로필 케톤을 제조하는 방법.
