Claims (11)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폴리머의 고유점성이 0.55에서 0.7인것을 특징으로 하는 염색이 용이한 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,초기모듈러스가 70g/d에서 120g/d인 것을 특징으로 하는 염색이 용이한 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단위 중량당 표면적이 1,600㎠/g에서 3,000㎠/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단위 중량당 표면적이 1,900㎠/g에서 3,000㎠/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유.
- 방사속도 7,000m/min 이상으로 다수의 구멍이 제공된 방사 구금을 통하여 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 용융방사하고, 토출된휠라멘트 다발을 방사구금의 저면에서 5cm 이상의 길이이고 150°-300℃도 유지된 히팅조운을 지나게 하고, 다음 (a)(b)조건,(a) 위치가 휠라멘트 다발의 세화 완료점 아래 5cm이상의 거리에 있고,(b) 집속가이드의 상기 위치 아래 5cm 지점의 휠라멘트 다발에 부과되는 장력이 0.4g/d 이하임을 만족하는 상기 위치에 배치된 집속가이드레 의해 휠라멘트 다발고 집속하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유 제조공정.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,히팅조운의 길이가 20cm에서 50cm인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유 제조 공정.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,히팅조운의 온도가 190℃에서 300℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유 제조 공정.
- 제7 항에 있어서,집속가이드로 오일링 노즐 가이드를 사용하고 휠라멘트가 집속되는 동안 휠라멘트 다발에 오일이 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 제조 공정.
- 제7항에 잇어서,집속가이드 아래의 5cm 지점위치에서 휠라멘트 다발에 부과되는 장력이 0.3g/d 이하가 되도록 하는 위치에 집속가이드가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 제조 공정.
