Description

모노필라멘트의 고속 방적 방법 및 장치, 및 그에 의해 제조된 모노필라멘트
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 다수의 모노필라멘트를 함유한 인공 분사 셀(cell)내에서의 마찰 기소의 신규 배치도이고, 제2도는 회전가능토록 배치된 마찰 기소이고, 제3도는 마찰표면의 간격을 변화시킬수 있는 마찰기소이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 인공분사 냉각 도중에 멜트-스펀 모노필라멘트(2,2′)을 직접 마찰 기소(element)(3)에 걸쳐 유도하고, 이어서 방적 처리하고 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 각각이 1내지 30dtex인 1세트의 열가소성 모노필라멘트(2,2′)의 고속 방적 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 모노필라멘트를 3000 내지 6000m/분의 속도로 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 모노필라멘트를 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리아크릴, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드로, 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌으로 제조하는 방법.
  4. 마찰기소(3)이 적어도 하나의 상부 마찰 표면(4) 및 축방향으로 평행한 하부 마찰 표면(5)로 이루어지고 그의 축(8)주변에서 회전가능하고 방적 분사기(1)아래에서 즉시 높이를 조정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1 내지 3항 기재의 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상부 마찰표면(4) 및 하부마찰 표면(5)의 거리를 따로 조정할 수 있고 높이를 함께 조정할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 마찰 표면(4 및 5)가 원통형 핀 또는 타원형 표면으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제4 또는 5항에 있어서, 마찰기소(3)을 방적분사기(1)로부터 200 내지 2800mm의 거리에 배치함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 마찰표면부(4),(5)가 필라멘트 이송방향과 공축 사이에서 0 내지 40°의 포장각으로 회전할 수 있도록 배치함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 다음의 a 내지 e의 조건이 동시에 만족됨을 특징으로 하는 제1 내지 3항의 방법에 의해 제조된 모노필라맨트. a)20-45%의 신장도 b)36-60 cN/tex의 강도 c)2-15%의 비등 수축율 d)1미만의 어스터(Uster)% e)균일하고 둥근단면.
